Slow download speed

I had to download unioncove  and download speed is about 18 kB/s. from carls-sims-3-guide.com

This slow. Why is so slow or why do not you have mirrors for downloads?
I have to wait one hour for this.

Union Cove is quite a large town, for one thing.  It will take longer than others to download.

It is large but download speed 18 kB/s ?
Maybe alot of people was downloading this  I do not know. But when I am downloading something I usually have full speed of my internet. 3300 kB/s.
That means Unioncove downloaded in less than 50 seconds not more than hour.

Try again? I downloaded it about 9 hours ago and it came down within a minute.

There's sometimes a bit of a traffic jam on the Information SuperHighway.
