48 Credits but sent home from "adventure," not to graduation

My sim has 48 credits, an A average, and a good mood.  But she never gets a chance to graduate.  It isn't the problem that some people are having, where she can't get in the door of the building.  Rather, the game doesn't seem to know that she's supposed to graduate.  She never gets any notice that she should go graduate, and on Sunday at midnight, she gets told that her adventure is over.

Any idea what's causing this?  Any idea of how to fix it?

Do you have any roommates? If so, dismiss them all, and disable roommates. Also, you could try exiting the game, and clearing caches, if you haven't already. It was one of those two things that worked for me.

She lives in a dorm with 7 other people, but no one shares her actual room, and she's the only selectable sim.  I'll try kicking them all out, thanks.

On the day of graduation, you can select the Annex, and then University Graduation Ceremony. I believe there's are at about 3pmish on Saturdays.

You can if everything's working right.  When things aren't working right, you can't.  That's part of the problem...

Chuckles, at what time did you dismiss your roommates?  I tried doing that, and I got more before the hour when graduation should have happened but didn't.

I dismissed them the day before sometime, and then as soon as they have been dismissed, I use the phone to disable roommate services.

How do you use the phone to disable roommate services?  When I look at her phone, there's nothing about roommate services in the options I have:




I tried clicking on "Services," but that was Police, Fire, Maid, and so on, but nothing about roommates.

I even bought the dorm a wall phone, but that didn't have any options that weren't listed on my sim's personal smart phone.

This is what worked for me. My Sims would finish the term and get their report cards but not any credits.
