Cant load Supernatural

Hi,

I have a bit of situation here I was able to install Showtime and Generations successfully but when I tried Supernatural it ruined my installed showtime and generations it  says "no DVD patch". what does this mean this game should have DVD patch already right? now I cant even play Sims and I am afraid I have to uninstall everything and start from scratch again.
