Propose in Marriage

Hey ppl,

I have a problem. My Sim met her dream boy in university and decided to move in when she was done with university. So back in Starlight, she invited him to her house.
When I got him into my family, the "Propose In Marriage" wasn't available. Whatever I do, I can't get them to marry! Has anyone some solution for this bug?

You didn't forget they need to have romanced around six times, to get to the highest level of interaction that include propose marriage?

Nope. Didn't forget to do this:) I have done all the romantic interactions..and still no propose in marriage option. I forgot to tell you that my sim,when she was teen, died and her mother brought her back via genie lamp.. if this caused a glitch...

The last two times I had a problem with getting the marriage option to pop up it was one of two things:

1- One of the sims had died and I needed to completely kill their relationship & friendship then work it back up from scratch.  Because all of the relationship building was done at Uni - this may be part of the issue.

2 - I had roommates in the house I didn't know about at the time.  Roommates take up household slots so the game thinks you have 8 people and you can't try for baby or have anyone move in.

All the "die&ressurection" thing happend before the university, when she was teen. She met Skip Taylor in the University world, fell in love with him and even asked him to be her boyfriend.
Back in Starlight, she asked him to move in.So he did. Now, they can't get married, nor propose in marriage. I tried to get my sim   marry another men and...surprise! she can't do with another sim too. I tried with Skip Taylor and the propose in marrige pop up immediately with another girl. So I thought there is a glitch with ressurected sims.
Should I start all over again with their relationship? Meaning, to get them again friends, best friends, lovers, etc ? Because, I broke up them and all other stuff and still no propose in marriage option.

 - Skip can't do anything with her and she can't do anything with anybody is what you're saying? 
 - I know this seems silly but have you cleared caches and used resetSim on on her?
 - Also, this has nothing specifically to do with University Life so I'm moving to miscellaneous help section.
 - Edit to add: You need to completely kill the relationship to get any options again.  They need to have absolutely no relationship anymore not even friends possibly and try it again. 
I'm still googling answers to try and help.
 - Another Edit:   Both of them find the other person extremely irresistible right?  Are you sure you're not getting that bug that no matter how many interactions they do they just never go past very alluring. 
 - Again to ask: Have they been going out on dates or only been doing romantic interactions at home?
 - Do you have World Adventures?

Skip can't do any propose in marriage with my sim but he can do with other sims, so she has the problem.
I've cleared caches and resetsim on her.
Both of them find the other person extremely irresistable.
The last time,meaning now, they had a date with movie, restaurant, kisses, hugs, woohoo, everything.
Yes I do have World Aventures.
How can I kill the relationship completely? I don`t want to lose my sim's any contacts,  she has alot of friends and parents in her place...

Later edit: You just gave me an ideea. I moved her in France and sent Skip in a vacation. I found her with no any memories.. I managed to propose her in marriage, but without any memories of parents or friends:( is there any other option?

I was going to tell you instead of moving her out - just take the two of them on a vacation and see if it works that way while they are both still in the household.

Later edit: YES YES YES! I made it. I'm super happy! I sent them in France and there Skip had proposed my sim in marriage. Thank you so so much!
