While little Rhaven quickly grew into a toddler.
She inherited her grandpa Jaden's red eyes--in turn inherited from his mother Marissa, and from her grandfather William Fangman.
Now that he was an adult, Weston dove into his writing career with increased fervor. Too many dates and dawdling with Nora in his younger years had taken its toll, and he needed to up the pace abruptly to stay on track.
Nora, understanding the importance of a dynasty heir's career, focused on handling the toddler duties.
Pat just looked on wistfully and sighed. He did at least stop jeering at Nora. Something about Rhaven seemed to have brought his softer side back out again.
