I think Asa was smart not to push it with Marissa. She's still working out what she thinks of him, and if Asa pushed too much she would just get thorny and run back to Marisela. At least, that's my perception of the situation

I agree!  He's got to have some self respect too.  He loves her, but I know I wouldn't have much respect for him if he just let her be on and off toward him whenever she wants.  I am rooting for Asa, because he did confess that he loves her. 

And really...two divas in a relationship?  That could be real trouble.  Sometimes the quieter, more patient relationships are better for the long haul. 

Plus I mean...baby daddy!  There is absolutely nothing more attractive than a dad being a good father to his kids.

Well, you know what they say: it's not over 'till it's over. And yeah, Asa is quite a bit older. He was Giles's first son and didn't have the advantage of extra-long vampiric blood or anything.

Growing Up and Getting Old

While his parents were still figuring out what it meant to be married, little Jaden was growing up.



He aged up into a toddler, with his mother's red eyes and his father's mouth shape.



Mom handled walking lessons.



Dad taught him to talk.



While a tolerant grandpa handled the stinky stuff.
