I don't see any option to move out of a dorm.

As far as I can tell, once you choose - you are stuck with that choice for the duration of your term.   I have yet to go back for a second term.

Edit: Reopened my testing game where someone had graduated and sent them back for degree number 2.  They got to choose where to live the moment it finished loading.  Just like China after you buy a vacation house.
