Dear Friend,

It's been a while and I am sorry about that.

We decided to throw a party for Lucas and Sarah to celebrate their graduating college.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Jeremy asked walking up behind me.

"Nothing hot stuff." I said blowing him a kiss.

He chuckled a bit, but got serious again.

"I know when something is bothering you Sam." He said.

I sighed.

"We wont be here." I said.

"What?" He asked.

"We wont be here! To see our children grow up to be parents, to watch our grandchildren grow." I whispered.

"What? Honey, what makes you say that?!" He gasped pulling me into his arms.

"We're getting old Jeremy, just look at my face! I'm getting wrinkles bad! And our birthdays are coming up. I'm not ready to leave them Jeremy. The twins aren't even teenagers yet!" I worried.

"Love, did you forget who you are married too? I'm getting old too, but we're doing this together. Who says we won't be here to see our grandchildren? Sure, we may not see Sophia's and Stefan's but we may be able to meet Sarah's or Lucas'! You see how fast things are going with Margaret!" He reassured, "Everything is going to be okay."

"And I happen to think your wrinkles are sexy." He whispered.

I laughed.

We went back downstairs, Sarah was playing video games with Stefan, and Sophia asked Jeremy to make her some food.

I walked passed Lucas' room and saw that he was writing a love letter, I smiled and headed to our bedroom.

"Hey baby boy." I said the next day.

"Hi." He said.

"So, things are getting serious between you and Margaret." I said.

"Yeah. I love her mom." He told me.

I smiled.

"I'm happy for you, just take it slow. Don't rush into anything or make her rush into anything, you have to make sure to keep her happy and feeling safe. And never ever cheat on her." I told him.

"Sarah told me that dad cheated on you." He said.

I looked at the ground, "Yeah, he did."

"You guys got back together though." He said.

"We did, but that still doesn't make what your father did right. It took a very long time for me to trust him again." I told Lucas.

"I won't cheat on her mom." He promised.

"Good." I said.

We stood up, soaked from the rain, but neither of us cared. He got serious and sentimental all off a sudden and pulled me in a hug.

"I love you mom." He whispered.

I closed my eyes, "I love you too."

He pulled apart and wiped away a tear or two.

"Margaret is coming over soon, I'm going to go clean up." He said.

"Okay." I said.

I watched as he walked away, I never felt more scared in my entire life. I was going to die, and he would be all alone. The kids would be alone, Sarah would have to step up and raise the twins.

I sighed and walked inside.

...

Margaret showed up the next morning around 9 AM.

And something big happened.

I was a little shocked that he did that! I haven't even met her yet!

He brought her inside to have her meet me after.

"I'm Margaret." She said.

"Sam." I smiled.

We talked for a while until Jeremy got home. Lucas told him the good news and he got to meet and talk to Margaret for a little bit.

He seemed to be happy for them.

Well, it's been a long day so I think I'm going to lay down. Until next time!

Love always,

Sam

Dear Friend,

It was the big day. My baby boy was getting married today.

Margaret was absolutely beautiful.

She was complaining of the headache her contacts were giving her though, but it was a small price she paid for marrying my son. She was so happy and nervous.

She mingled with the guests before the ceremony began.

Lucas calmed his own nervous with a glass of juice. He had to keep his back turned to Margaret at all times, he wanted to be surprised.

Jeremy was catching up with an old friend, while Sarah took the chance to get her own glass of juice.

I had a hard time grasping that Lucas was about to be married, and I hoped that he wouldn't tell me that after the wedding they were moving away somewhere. I pushed that thought aside though, because this was his happy day and I wasn't about to ruin that with my fears and worries. Jeremy saw right through me though, but I insisted that it waited until they were off on their honeymoon.

It was time.

Apparently Sophia didn't want to sit down, you can't see her in this picture but she is standing by the window to the pool area watching.

"We are getting married!" Margaret whispered, she was nervous.

"I know." Lucas laughed.

I watched in awe as they exchanged rings.

"Kiss her!" Someone shouted.

We all laughed as Lucas pulled Margaret closer and kissed her.

"WOO!!" We all screamed and clapped.

It was time to cut the cake! Lucas let Margaret do the honors of cutting it.

The day and night slowly ended with dancing and fireworks! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception.

I was a very proud mother, now all I could hope for was a grandchild soon.

Love always,

Sam

They are married! Will there be a baby on the way soon? Hmm... :)

Dear Friend,

Lucas here! Married life was treating me very well so far, I've only been married a few hours though!

It was time for the guests to leave, and for Margaret and I to go on our honeymoon!

Here we were in China, it was huge!

The first place we went was to learn the art of martial arts!

It was harder then it looked! And neither of us walked away without a few bumps and bruises.

"Come on tough guy!" Margaret said holding up her fists.

"What?" I laughed.

"Show me how tough you are!" She said.

"I'm not sparring with you!" I refused.

"Come on! It'll be fun!" She insisted.

"No! I could hurt you!" I told her.

"Or I could hurt you! You never know." She said.

"You can't hurt me." I said.

"Well, I guess we will never know." She told me.

"Fine! Let's do this!" I said.

"Ha!" I grunted, but she blocked me.

"Hiya!" She screamed.

I ended up winning 2-0.

"You just got lucky." She laughed.

"Sure I did honey." I told her giving her a kiss.

She smiled.

We earned new belts!

The trip was coming to an end pretty fast, so we made the most of our time left.

I forgot what that was called, something with a dragon.

"Can we go now?" Margaret shivered.

I had to stop myself from laughing.

We spent the rest of the night messing around in our room with the doors closed...

Love always,

Lucas

Not a long update! But wanted to get the honeymoon out! :)

Dear Friend,

It was time to leave China, and it took a little work to get Margaret to leave.

"I don't want to go." She whispered.

"I know." I told her.

"Can't we just stay here?" She asked.

I laughed, "We have to go home."

She sighed and looked at the beautiful scenery.

"Alright." She said.

We packed our bags and headed home.

Everyone was glad to have us back and glad that we had such a good time on our honeymoon. We told them everything we did and learned and I even cooked them egg rolls! They seemed to like them.

Margaret however was complaining that she didn't feel very good.

In fact, she spent most of the night in the bathroom throwing up.

I was assuming she picked something up from China and that it would pass, but she found something out that said otherwise.

"I'm pregnant." She said.

"Really?! Wow. That's awesome!" I gasped.

I couldn't believe I was going to be a father. It all seemed to happen so fast that it kind of freaked me out. Was I ready for this?

I talked to mom and she made me feel a little better about it. She was excited that I was making her a grandma, but she was still a little nervous about becoming an elder.

It was the twins' birthdays!

Mom was a little upset when Sophia came home with her hair chopped off and in a mohawk looking style.

She came around though passing it off as the normal teenage rebellion.

I guess I had something to look forward too when my child comes home with his or her hair cut off.

Until next time!

Love always,

Lucas
