Dear Friend,
The kids were very happy, they have had four snow days in a row! Sophia's new thing was playing dress up and acting like she was the queen.
There was a new addition to the house, I got the idea one day that it would be neat to hang up pictures of the family in the living room. Sort of like a bragging wall!
Sarah and Stefan made the most of their snow days.
"So I use this screw driver?" Sarah asked.
"Yeah, and just tighten the screws in the back." Jeremy said.
"So this will improve the crushing?" Sarah asked.
"Yeah, now just make sure you tighten all the screws." He said.
I watched as my husband and daughter worked on upgrading appliances in the kitchen. Sarah wanted to improve as many skills as she could so she can possibly win some scholarships for college.
We had a visitor that night.
Jeremy got a promotion, he was now level 9 in the Athletic field.
"What in the world are you wearing?!" I laughed.
"Cool right?!" He asked spinning around.
"It's something..." I said.
While he worked on his dream, I worked on mine. I am not sure if I have even told you mine, and if I haven't I'm sorry. I want to be a fie star blogger and I was so close! 100 more followers!
"Sarah, got to bed you have school tomorrow." I said poking my head in.
"In a minute, I am studying for college." She said.
I just smiled and walked away, it kind of made me sad how excited she was to leave the house and go off to college.
The week passed and it was time to celebrate Sarah becoming a young adult!
She jumped right on the phone and enrolled.
"I'll miss you." I cried.
"I'll miss you too mom." She said hugging me.
"You take care of yourself now, I need my little girl home in one piece when the term is over you hear? And no boys!" Jeremy told her.
She laughed, "Yes dad."
He hugged her before releasing her, she gave us one final wave before heading off to university.
There goes my baby girl.
Love always,
Sam
Sarah is off to college! Hopefully she has a good two terms! She has a class load, but hopefully she will make it! Let me know what you think!
