Dear Friend,
This lecture was the longest lecture I have ever been!
But I guess I was enjoying it a little more then the guys sitting next to me, right?
I had to pay attention though, because finals were the next period so this was the time to ask questions.
I did as much cramming as I could before going in to take the final exam.
It was a hard test, but I think I did good. I just hope it was good enough to earn my degree.
After everyone took naps and did whatever they felt like it doing, we sat down to eat dinner.
We talked about our plans after completing college and if we'd ever see each other again. Most of us said we probably wouldn't but at least we would have the memories.
Tiffany and I were avoiding each other, both of us dreading the goodbye.
"Hey."
I turned around, "Hey."
Tiffany walked over to me.
"So, I suppose we should get this over with." She said.
I nodded, "Yeah, I guess."
She hugged me.
"I'm glad we got the chance to be friends." She said.
Tears came to my eyes, "Yeah. Me too."
"But hey, there is always texting and writing to each other. We can call each other, and hey maybe I can take a trip to your house sometime! Visit with you and Jeremy!" She said wiping away her tears.
I smiled, "Sounds good." I said.
"Enough with the tears, picture time?" She asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"AH!" We squealed.
A few days passed and results for our finals came in.
"I PASSED! WITH AN A!" I screamed.
"Jeremy! I passed! What did you get?!" I screamed running into the kitchen.
Apparently things didn't go well with his.
"It doesn't matter." I whispered hugging him, even though we both knew it did.
"Bye guys!"
It was back home I went, it was hard leaving without Jeremy. I kept telling myself that he was just going home to pack and then he would be moving in. That was the plan.
This was my house!
I was working on remodeling the bathroom, just imagine a bathroom where the empty room is!
I got a phone call from the school with some news, and not very good news at that. I was trying to distract myself with cleaning up because Jeremy was coming that day.
Ding Dong!I looked at the door before rushing to answer it.
"Well hello beautiful."
"Jeremy." I said hugging him.
He got settled in pretty fast, and we went for a nice walk.
"What's wrong Sam?" He asked when we returned.
"Nothing." I said.
"Yes there is." He said.
I sighed.
"Tell me." He said.
"I-I didn't get enough credits to graduate. I'm about four or five short.. The dean called me this morning." I told him.
"So we enroll again." He said shrugging.
"But we just left!" I said.
"So? Sam, I know this is important to you! It's important to me too! I love you, and plus I'm not even close to finishing anyway, I knew I would have to go back sooner or later. So let's go back." He said.
"Okay." I agreed.
So there we were, standing where we just left a few days earlier... This time we had more classes, but it looked like Jeremy had more, which meant I wouldn't see him very often. But, who said it would be easy, right?
Love always,
Sam
I guess college life didn't fly by too fast! What did you guys think?? Will they finish their degrees?
