If you're trying to meet people, it can be really difficult late at night, especially if you are on a deadline. As a vampire, all you have to do is make people think about you - very quick and easy, no need to run about. But a little something you might not know is, if you zoom inside the cars on the road, you can still make those sims think about you too!
Another vampire bonus is that if there is a burglar on your lot, you have the option to 'drink' which will stop them in their tracks until you can get rid of them!
If you have a high enough level witch, but no cure potions, you can cast toadification on zombies, and they become unzombified.
