Jared Frio gets way fat.  I watched him at the campaign parties just eating plate after plate getting fatter and fatter with his fat girlfriend, Madison VanWatson (right?  I can't stand her so forgive me if I got her name wrong).   ;)

I'm so glad that we all use Sunset Valley for our examples!  I've noticed this in other threads as well.  It makes me feel better, because SV is the only neighborhood I really play.

lol, yeah me too. I was actually quite disappointed with the new town in ambitions, so back to Sunset Valley I go :)

I would comment about my preferance for Sunset Valley, too, but it's off topic and I know better than to take a thread off topic.  :D

Well, to keep the topic, on topic I'll put it this way. I noticed the fatter Sims in SV, which used to be my favorite town, I can't remember seeing a lot in Riverview, but I didn't play that one much at all for some reason. To tell the truth I haven't paid a lot of attention in TB which is now my favorite. I seed my towns with a lot of my own Sims of all sizes.

Has anyone noticed Sims of all sizes in the newer towns?

This is such a funny topic.  My daughter has been playing one of the old challenges (lots of babies) and one of her triplets that she moved out has gotten enormous and last night my daughter was having a stroke about it.  LOL  That family is in Riverview.  I played with Judy (I think) Bunch awhile back and it drove me nuts playing her fat so I made her work out and she stayed slim while I played her.  I had the monster children problem and deleted all the games  with kids.  Now I wonder if she would have stayed slim forever.  Anyway, we have been talking about why that one girl got fat in my daughters game when none of the other 11 kids have.

I know Nancy Landgrabb has the ability to pack on some pounds. I didn't do anything for her though. She made me mad because she would take her kids to the park and just walk off and leave them.

Monster children problem? What's that?

One of my current Wishmaster Sims is constantly eating fruit from his inventory.  He's got the stuffed moodlet most of the time.  He has the Hardly Hungry reward, so he's not eating because he's hungry.  It will be interesting to see if he starts putting on weight.

One of my Wishmasters does this too!  Whenever he has a spare moment, he eats.  I've never seen sims do that before and wondered if it's because he's Insane and his actions don't always make a lot of sense.

It's definitely the Insane trait that causes that. I've read about it on other forums and I've experienced it myself. I once had an insane gardener and I had to make sure to put everything in the fridge immediately after harvesting.

Mine is insane as well, but I've never seen him stuffing himself from his inventory fruit.  He was fat to start with but doesn't seem to do anything extreme or get any fatter.  As a matter of fact, he seems to be slimming down though I've done nothing to help him do that.  He's insane and artistic, his wife, also a fatty, is normal and hates art.  I feel sorry for them both!  She's a gardener but also very athletic but no matter how hard she works out she stays fat.  Just like real life, eh?  I really have never noticed Sims fattening up in any of the games I've played, usually in SV.  I'll keep a better eye out and see if I've missed something.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

They don't stop eating either if you have a buffet table out. That should have been fixed long ago.

It is a little amusing to watch party guests gorge themselves on a dozen or so plates of salad. Turn into a whale overnight.

I'm getting ready to play the Asylum Challenge, so it's good to know what I might expect amongst the patients.
