Frogs/Crocodiles in Buy Mode?

I know about the spawners in buydebug. I'm looking for an actual frog/crocodile that can be click-dragged from buy mode to where ever. Does this exist? Thanks.

No.   Fish aren't available in buy mode.   The only way to get them is to fish them up from a buydebug spawner, have a cat fish them or go to WA and fish them up.
