Cheating wife in China/Egypt/France

My question is: is it possible to cheat your wife/husband in mentioned destinations without making him/her jealous?
I mean, if you are alone for example in china, and wife is in Bridgeport, will she know about that affair after you come home?

I was with one girl in China (Hui Young Kim), and we kissed and flirted and all that stuff, and I maxed her relationship bar (Romantic Interest). And when I got home my wife acted like nothing happened - so, no reaction for cheating her.  Anyway, when I got back to China, I saw she was not "Romantic Interest" any more, but I think I will accomplish that in no time. :)

Might depend.  If a paparazzi catches you cheating, you'll probably get busted.
