This may just be an issue of my PS3 being active for almost the entire day and evening. But, I have The Sims 3 Pets for PS3. I had like four saves going on at once and decided to just delete them all and stick to won and keep using it over and over. I like to see the town sort of progress after a while. Anyway, my last sim finally died of old age on my first save and I immediately send her to the underworld so I can start creating my new sims. At first, when she was sent to the underworld and I got the message that I can continue the save it went straight to create a sim. I started creating my sims then I played with genetics to see what the couple sim I had created, what their toddler would look like. I wanted to create a toddler after and when I went back to create a sim if froze on me. It was stuck in loading and took way too long.
So, I had to reload my save and my sim was still alive so I drowned her in a pool to make it quick. Then I saved my game so I wouldn't have to keep killing her. I've tried a few times but after I send her to the underworld it has the main screen where it gives up tips and stuff while the game loads and the load isn't moving on. You don't have a load bar with a percentage, just the sim icon that spins and says "loading" underneath it. I can't even get to create a sim now.
Like I said, it might be because I had the PS3 going all day and evening. Sometimes it gets glitchy like that when I've had it on for too long.
I'm going to try again tomorrow. I'm just frustrated because I finally get my save finished and I can't progress and start creating new sims. Hopefully it works tomorrow.
