(thinking): Who in the world is Tenshin? I know of no one named 'Tenshin'. Perhaps they simply misspelled Kenshin.
Kenshin: I am prepared for the Grilled Cheese feast!
Nathaniel: So am I! Grilled Cheese is my favourite! Is it done yet?
Leopold: Almost!
Leopold: And . . . done.
Dominic: I can't believe you're on your second one already, Talus. How do you keep your girlish figure?
(laughs)Talus
(seriously): I expend a lot of energy. One example of
how would be by beating insulting clods like you into the dirt. Would you care for a demonstration?!

That's one stand up guy right there, that Leopold. No bragging about getting the first one-on-one date, he simply offers to make us breakfast. And what a great breakfast that was! Pancakes are my favourite, have been ever since Grandma Rayna first made them with bananas and mint, but these Grilled Cheese gave pancakes a serious run for their money. And Dominic, there's another stand up guy.
(snort) Such great manners on that one.
(shakes his head) If Marielle only knew the ... nonsense, yeah let's call it nonsense, this guy says all day she'd be sending him packing this week. But,
(moves to stand up) that's not my concern today, I have a romance novel to write. That's right, a romance novel from a children's book author. My agent's going to have a fit.

Well, I must say that our Grilled Cheese Feast was quite informative. I too, marvel at Talus' intake. The Duke made us rather large servings, and I could hardly finish my first. I suppose Trolls must have a heightened metabolism or something to that effect. Though somehow I doubt the validity of the Singer's boasts.
I am honoured that Talus has accepted my gift of Jade. I have known him only for a short time, but he is a dear friend of mine. I just wish he will join me in my crusade for the conquest of the video game world. While Whack-a-Gnome has been more-or-less tamed, I admit that I am making little progress on this racing game. I think the Green Man has had too much practice.

I hope I can do Everette justice. His hair is a little tricky but I think the portrait is going well. I trust that Marielle will not consider me too forward to paint this portrait for her. I hope the portrait will remind her of this whole amazing experience.
I’m still so excited about this evening. I’m sure Vikram, the cameraman, will be an adequate chaperone for Marielle but I do hope we are able to go someplace where I can get her alone on the dance floor. I've heard from the others all morning about how much she loves to dance. Oh I wonder if ‘The Great Gatsby’ is a clue that she likes Jazz age dances? Marielle seems more a Lindy Hop kind of girl and although I can Charleston with the best of them, but I do love the slow dances best.
