Error installing custom contents

Hi community,

I just downloaded and installed Sims 3.
Now i want to install custom contents but i received error message saying "Require missing Expansion Packs". What does it means?
I only can see Sunset Valley town in my game.

Anyone can help?

It means that you need an expansion pack for the content to work. Check to see if it says what EP you need on the thing you are downloading.

The custom content is CanfulMagic_Angel. This custom is used to create new SIM, the character looks like angel. Any idea which expansion pack i needs? It didn't says anything.

We don't talk about CC on Carl's forum as per the forum rules.   If you're having problems with a piece of CC, it might be best to try and contact it's maker.
