Is there any sim houses currently built that have basements in them? I'm terrible at building, and want to fiddle around with nectar making. I have all eps except for seasons.

Check the swap shop. I've seen some good houses there.

Twinbrook has a house out in the swamp with a basement.

I know at least one home in Moonlight falls does - but it has a family in it.

I know the Van Goulds' house in Moonlight Falls, and Sargeants' in Twinbrook have basements.

The Riffins in AP have a basement that I never noticed until now.

Quite a few houses in Twinbrook have them - they seemed to be showing off the technique for building a basement and a foundation on the same lot.
