I want to change my Sim's lifetime wish from CEO management to astronaut but the option for midlife crisis won't come up in my karma rewards even though I'm about to unlock the last tier. So is there any other way to change that or is there a way to fix this problem?

The reward you need to to change the lifetime wish is not the mid-life crisis.  It is "change life-time wish" and costs 10,000 points.  I have no idea why it is not showing on your life-time rewards list.

You can change the life-time wish by using the cheats mode and taking your sim into CAS.  However, I rarely use cheats so don't know if this has any adverse effects.  I suggest you save your game before trying it.

Press Ctrl/Shift/C and type testingcheatsenabled true followed by pressing Enter.  Select your sim and shift/click on the mailbox.  The option to ehange your sim in CAS will show on the menu.

You shift click on the sim actually. The mailbox is for needs stuff, supernatural population control, forcing NPC's and setting what level you are at in a career.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but are you playing the PC version or a console version? I've only seen Karma rewards used as a console term, which is why I am asking. You should still have the option to change your lifetime wish, but the advice on how to do it would be different.
