Red & White Dress



Dress: Fiona (was free in the in-game store)

Houndstooth pants with frilly white blouse
This is one of my favorite formal looks for the sim who isn't the type to wear dresses. 



Pants: base game
Blouse: Victorian Frill Shirt from store 

All I did on the blouse is re-color the buttons to a black metal.
