Family Tree Glitch

In my Immortal Dynasty, the founder married and had a child. However, when I loaded the game, according to the family tree the founder was now dating another member of the household. Their pictures were connected by the pink line usually indicating boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. However, in the relationship panel they still showed up as acquaintances and there was no interaction to Break Up or Ask to Just Be Friends. When I had the founder have romantic interactions with her "husband," all the other household members got the "Witnessed Betrayal" moodlet and a severe relationship hit.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have Showtime, and if so, did you have the "new" couple take photos together in the photo booth? That tends to force the pair into a relationship that shouldn't be there. It can be fixed by having the pair that should be in a relationship take photos together.
