Sims 3 Website, not loading?

For some reason, The Sims 3 website isn't loading on my internet explorer (I keep getting Ooops unable to process request) but on firefox, it works better! And I'm able to log in! Does anyone know what is going on?

I have been getting that error as well for the last week and a half. I am having to constantly switch browsers, and then its still a couple of days between each one before I am able to access the website. Then when I do get to access the website site it says my password and/or user name are incorrect. I have to constantly reset my password 3 to 5 times through Origin before I can log in.(Really annoying when you are trying to finish installing content you have purchased) And then when I try to play my game I have to reset my password 2 to 3 more times before I can log in. It lets me reset my password to the same thing every time. I'm waiting on a chat with someone from Origin to see if I can find out what's going on.

I'm not sure why that would happen...but in my experience, Firefox is a better browser all round. Internet Explorer is way too slow for me, and doesn't have the same functionality that I'm used to with Firefox.

Not that The Sims 3 website always works on Firefox, though. It often seems to be down for no reason, no matter what browser you try.

I'm using Chrome and the official Sims 3 site loads fine for me.
