Cheats Won't Work

hi,

Can someone tell me how the cheats work? I tried the cntrl shift C but after the game freezes like it was paused so I cant even type the testingcheatsenabled true. Am I doing this wrong?

Help please.

There are detailed instructions on bringing up the console and using the cheats here.

In case you missed it, the cheat console opens as a line at the top of your display where you can enter text.
