buydebug = best cheat for gardener sims!

Ok, while checking out buydebug I found the most awesome thing, like, EVER! Forget seed spawners, AUTO PLANT! Unless you want EVER plant (special food ones) This is the cheat to use to quickly grab all the seed plants for the garden achievement, well, I think. XD Either way Auto Plant is amazing so if you want all the plants that have seeds but don't wanna go hunting for them, there ya go~

BTW: Where's the robot fish in Monte Vista anyway? I've found pretty much all of the other fish except that one and the vampire fish but that's rumored to be by the light house after the sun sets. Oh, and I love the spawners, they are SO fun! I'm gonna drop all of them onto a MASSIVE lot and just let them spawn butterflies and beetles and all the gems.

The carrot plant is not in buydebug, I don't think.

You can find the carrots in buydebug.  When I built my community garden before I reinstalled I had planted one from buydebug.   Lost it of course when I left out Pets.  I figured they must be a treat for the horses, as they weren't used in recipes that I can remember. 

What I don't undertstand is why they don't have plasma fruit there due to SN.  Since the vampires need them they should be available in that game, and thus in the buydebug.   

You can't find the bananas in any game, only when you buy the recipe at the bookstore, the ingredients show up in your fridge when you learn that one.  I know I have read posts of asking where can you find them, the seeds or the plants in the town.

Bananas can be found in several locations around Starlight Shores and the grocery store.

Thanks for the correction.  Shouldn't have based it off what I towns I have and a few posts here from those who is seems doesn't have those towns. 
I've never found any at the grocery store in my towns, so I am guessing that you mean in that town (Starlight Shores).

Wonder if they are in Sunlit Tides (think that is the name) and the new expansion pack that is coming out.  I seem to remember that there is/will be a tropical feel to those packs.

I can buy bananas in every grocery store in every town, university and off the food register in China/France/Egypt.  Bananas came with Showtime so they will only be in Starlight shores.  They are always available at the grocery store in other worlds though and you can get banana trees from one of the unknown seeds.  I think it's rare but I don't remember off the top of my head.

Wouldn't you have to have Showtime to be able to get the bananas?  Such as the simbot and genies, you have to have the expansion packs that have them to get them in your towns.

I have only WA, SN, Seasons, and the base game, so I have never seen bananas in in of the grocery stores, even in the WA countries. 

Even though I don't have that expansion pack, and have not seen them in the grocery stores, I can make fried banana sandwiches (sounds horrible to me to eat such a thing, but I guess a lot of people like them). 

Not trying to be argumentive, just want to understand.

If you don't have the expansion then that's why you don't have them.  I'm surprised that you have access to the recipe without the expansion though.  That's where I was confused.  You were saying that you got the recipe so that made me think you had to have the expansion which is why I was trying to tell you can get them from the store.

Are you able to grow the bananas you get from the recipe? 

Edit: I don't get bananas when I learn the recipe on the computer with just base game but thanks for the info about getting the recipe!

Glad we got it all figured out.  I was getting confused with it.  Which isn't hard for me to do, 

Also helps those who get confused by the recipe in the bookstore but don't have the fruit.  I'm guessing that it is programed to provide bananas when you have learned the recipe so you can then make them.
