The Winterly family has made it to their sixth town (out of 14), Barnacle Bay. Their house was built and decorated by MrsFlynn. Thank you!







I think this is the first time...that I remember...that both elders have made it to the new town. Good for you, Julian and Sophia!

First, as (almost) always is to try for baby. So far, I haven't heard any chimes after several tries.



First meal in their new home.



Would you believe that there isn't a nooboo after ten tries for baby? I've never had so much trouble getting an heir!





Lillian FINALLY got the nauseous moodlet...after three days of "honeymooning!" Whew! I was beginning to get worried! There never were any chimes.



Grim came for Julian at age 93. At least he got to see the new house before leaving.





At age 95, Sophia Winterly had to go with Grim. The family is losing members way too soon.





We finally gain a new family member. Introducing Evan Winterly. Another greenboo! Yes! *Fist Pump* ! How long do you think we can keep the greenboos going? This is the fifth generation.



Benjamin always seems to be wearing his formal clothes. It must be because of his Proper trait.

Oh,my! Just look at those blue, blue eyes of toddler, Evan. Beautiful! They must be from his Grandpa Ted.

I have to agree with Raia - Evan really is quite adorable! Those eyes with his skin color make a stunning combination... It's sad that we have lost Julian & Sophia but quite nice that they BOTH got to move into the new house.

I don't think I noticed before that both Benjamin and Lillian have the Over-Emotinal Trait - I wonder if this will cause them some problems adjusting to life with a newborn in a new town? Keeping my fingers crossed that everything stays nice and calm...

Ted looks so sad playing the piano. It must be because I made him play until he gained a skill level for an Opp. Poor mistreated sim.



We have three birthdays today, but only one with cake...for our heir. Evan rolls the Daredevil trait for his Child birthday. Ugh! Better make sure that Fireproof Homestead Lifetime Reward is up to date! Isn't he cute with his curly hair and bright blue eyes?







Next is Ted's Elder birthday. Just look at that surprised look on his face!



And, then, Nicole. She seems a little more okay with it...but that hair, um, hat...has got to go! This is better, don't you think?





MrsFlynn put a lot of goodies in this house for the family to play with, and they thank her for it!



This family LOVES playing catch.





Oh, no! Grim made a surprise visit for Nashira. That was sure unexpected!



Clara Lai is one of the (few) classmates that Evan has. Is she his future spouse?



Ted is having great fun playing this - whatever it is - game.



Ted Winterly has retired. He has also made his Lifetime Wish of Golden Tongue, Golden Fingers.



Oh, wow! What happened to that cute little boy? Evan turned into an...unusual...looking teen. He rolled the Natural Cook trait. I guess that takes care of his Lifetime Wish!







Anyway, as soon as he could, he called Clara Lai over so he could lock her in as his girlfriend. And, she agreed.

Looks like Evan has hit the stage that we all lovingly refer to, in hindsight, as our "awkward phase." I have found that this phase can last a little bit longer with teenage boys so keeping my fingers crossed that Evan isn't stuck there for too long. I still think that the combination of his hair color with that of his eyes is stunning! Can't say that I am surprised that he locked down Clara as quickly as he did.

On a side note - It would appear that Ted is enjoying himself playing the popular game of "Whack-a-Gnome," perhaps better known in Dimension H as "Whack-a-mole!

Aww! Grim came for Ted Winterly way before I thought he would. Ted was only 86.





Both Benjamin and Lillian have their Adult birthdays and...midlife crises.









There's not much going on right now. Just Evan getting through his pranky teen years. He sure had a lot of mood swings! He finally becomes a Young Adult.





Evan Winterly and Clara Lai are now married and the family is on their way to their next town, Monte Vista.



One more note: the newlyweds tried for baby before they left for the new town because I wanted to see if a pregnant Clara will still be pregnant in the new town.



Monte Vista

The Winterly family has moved into their house in Town No. 7, Monte Vista. This would be the halfway point if I don't have them move to Dragon Valley when I get it. But, knowing how I just can't resist new towns...LOL

Anyway, I built this house specially for the Winterlys to live in at Monte Vista. As you can see, it's not quite finished.

Here's a picture of the family. Nicole is 94 so I don't know how much longer she will be with us.

Clara has adopted two of the six pets she needs to achieve her Lifetime Wish, Peanut and Gramalkin.





Pet number three is Pennie.



This will be the last post until I get caught up in game...on my NEW computer! 24" Monitor...yes! I can actually SEE my sims!

Poor Ted - RIP. I didn't realise they could die of old age at 86 days - mine usually wait until at least 90. Congrats on the wedding and the pregnancy. Hope they do well in Monte Vista

Poor Ted, not getting to live out all of his Golden Years! I hope the family does well in Monte Vista and as always, keeping my fingers crossed that the Greenboos continue down the family line!

On a side note, I just love the look that Pennie has on her face in that last screenshot...It's almost like she's wondering who this crazy lady is taking her picture as she stares mournfully at her Watcher!

Sammy, I've had several sims die at a young age of natural causes...the youngest I remember was 85.

Thanks, Blayzen. Yes, it's great to actually be able to see the game! My little laptop was so difficult for me. But, what really blows me away are the new Bose speakers that I got on sale. I didn't even know you could hear the ocean waves crashing on the shore in Sunset Valley! Awesome! And thunder storms? Yikes! I jumped a mile...LOL

Yes, Pennie had me thinking she could actually see me. Heh!
