Patrick is repairing the washing machine. I was holding my breath the whole time hoping he wouldn't be electrocuted...since he doesn't have the handy trait.

Both Nathaniel and Paulette have aged up to Adult. And, both have a midlife crisis. Oh, joy. I didn't take pictures because, well, there have been so many birthday pictures already.

There are seven sims in the household right now. I'm having such a good time trying to keep track of everyone. Haha.

Yet another burglar. I think this is number six.

Grandpa Patrick gave Elliot a bath. I really like these new toddler interactions.

Paulette is now a Genie. I wonder if she will be one from now on. She has been using her elixirs. She has done 40 of the 50 she needs.

Nathaniel has achieved his lifetime time wish. And, just in time. Winter is almost here.

Nat is talking to his wife...ummm...clone of his wife. She doesn't appear in his relationship panel except as an acquaintance. It looks like she is a non-playable character. (Caused by elixier)

Paulette has also reached her Lifetime Wish. And, she is still a Genie. Maybe I shouldn't have let her use that elixir.

Grim came for Betty Winterly at age 90.

Paulette is back to a normal sim. Thank you, Trip, for telling me about the Potent Cure Elixir!

It's time for two birthdays. Sophia and Elliott. Sophia gained the Natural Cook trait (to go with Good, Genius and Athletic) and Elliot rolled the Snob trait (to go with Couch Potato and Genius).

I changed Sophia's hairstyle so she won't have the same one as her mother.

I am leaning towards Sophia for the heir, providing she can find a mate. It's not looking promising at the moment. All her childhood friends are girls. What do you guys think?

Wow! What an update! You have quite a crowded household there....it must be very interesting trying to keep up with all of them.

I like the idea of Sophia being the heir - She's got quite the personality and very attractive with her new non-mom hairstyle! Currently brainstorming ideas to help find her a husband  :-\

I like Sophia, but I will continue to read your story no matter who the heir is.  :)

Paulette's hairstyle...it looks like one from the store, except the store one has a bow on it. Is it CC?

I liked Betty, RIP Betty.  :'(

I'm looking forward to seeding how far Betty's green skin will last in this town jump.  :)

Thank you, Blayzen! As you'll see...she found one!

Thanks, Corey! No, Paulette's hairstyle isn't CC. I think it came with one of the EPs or SPs or is a store item. I don't have any third party CC in my game except for a few select items.

=============================

We start this post off with the death of Patrick. I will certainly miss this sim. He had such a great personality!

And, what the heck happened to Sophia while I wasn't paying attention? Looks like she fried herself somehow. I totally missed it!

This is Dayna Landgraab. She is Alexander's love interest.

Alexander has become a Young Adult. He married Dayna Landgraab and moved into her family mansion. So, now the family is down to four sims.

I have found a love interest for Sophia! His name is Julian French-Frio. His father is Jared Frio and his mother is Molly French. His traits are Rebellious, Loner, Loves the Outdoors, and Couch Potato. Sophia just has to get him to break up with Danna Wan and lock him in as her boyfriend. A piece of cake, right?

Well, that didn't work out very well even though he broke up with Danna. Maybe it's his Rebellious trait causing the problem? She will try again tomorrow.

Finally! Now, that he's her boyfriend, they're very loving together. It's a good thing it's Snowflake Day so she had time to work on him!

Now, to get her old enough to marry and move the family to their new destination. Nine more sim days. It looks like Julian is five days older than Sophia.

The game asked Nathaniel if he wanted to become a Video Game Developer. Since he has already made his Lifetime Wish, I'll let him do it...just to see how it goes.

An autonomous Heat of the Moment kiss. Paulette is really a pretty nice sim, even with her Mean Spirited trait, though she has pulled a few pranks.

There's another teen in the house. Elliot has aged up and rolled the Excitable trait to add to his Couch Potato, Genius and Slob traits. Some great traits, huh?

And, finally...Sophia is old enough to marry. She rolled the Great Kisser trait on her birthday.

Proposal and wedding time.

And, next...the move to Town No. 4: Aurora Skies.

The kids turned out great this generation! I really love the elongated Hudson jaw. I also like how Sophia and Julian grew up already dressed for Aurora Skies  :). I haven't seen much of the new town yet, so I'm super-excited to see what kind of Sims the Winterlys meet there!

I'm pretty excited about it too. I've played only a small amount in this town. MrsFlynn and I are in the process of building and decorating a house for the Winterlys to move into so it might be a few days before they move in.

I read this chapter before, but I looked at it again only to find that we both have red-head Julians in our Town Jumps! Funny coincidence to be sure. ;)

Aurora Skies will be a nice place for Julian and Sophia. We'll see if the genes there can match up with the Earthsong green skin and Hudson facial features. Looking forward to the completion of a new home for the Winterlys!

The Winterlys have made it to Aurora Skies. Here is their house. The talented MrsFlynn built this house and I am decorating it. I think it fits in Aurora Skies very well.

The season is summer since they left sunset Valley on the last day of spring.

This is our heir, Sophia Winterly. Her traits are Great Kisser, Natural Cook, Good, Genius and Athletic. Her Lifetime Wish is INTERNATIONAL SUPER SPY.

And, this is Sophia's husband, Julian (French-Frio) Winterly. His traits are Rebellious, Loner, Couch Potato, Loves the Outdoors and Genius. His Lifetime Wish is CHESS LEGEND. This was chosen for him by the game.

As usual, the first thing on the agenda is to Try for Baby. Wow! Chimes on the first try! That makes me very happy :)

Then, Sophia is off to join the Law Enforcement career.

And, I sent Julian to the Science/Medical Center to learn Logic.

Spew...ugh! Nooboo (Greenboo?) on the way!

Pillow fight party! How much fun are they having?

Trivia Challenge. Elliot lost. Poor baby :(

First burglar for Aurora Skies (Seven total) but Nathaniel took care of this well-endowed burglar. I had forgotten that he has the brave trait.

This crisis is barely averted when there's another...

Nicole Winterly was born to Julian and Sophia Winterly. The Earthsong genes are still going strong. Please welcome another greenboo to the family. She rolled the Artistic and Virtuoso traits. Two very strong traits. Well, I guess that takes care of her Lifetime Wish!

Nathaniel and Paulette have reached their elder years. How quickly (sim) time flies.

It's Nicole's toddler birthday. Let's see who she will look like. Well, of course, the green skin of her mommy. And, her long upper lip. It looks like we might have a clone...except for the super dark eyes.

Toddler training begins right away.

We'll stop here until next time. Thank you for reading!

I'm ecstatic that the house is magenta! It's beautiful, and I agree that it blends into the landscape of Aurora Skies.

Welcome, Nicole Winterly. You will surely be a talented little girl. I hope you become a big sister soon.

I just love how far the greenboos have made it! Seems like just  yesterday we were wondering if the Earthsong genes were going to get passed down and here we are, generations later, and they're still going strong! I am so excited for all of them!

Patrick will be missed though...such a strong personality! =(

The house looks lovely. I like the open feel of the kitchen and that there is room enough to pillow fight.

I've enjoyed reading about the Winterly family. Especially liked Betty with her mad grilling skills.  Looking forward to reading more  and seeing where you go next.

Thank you for the great comments! I won't be able to post a new update for about a week because I am on bed rest because of a back injury. See you when I get back!

Okay, per the doctor this morning, I should be able to sit up for longer periods of time soon, which means I'll get to play again! Yay! I'm going to try to get the next chapter up within the next few days. I wouldn't want the Winterlys to be put into the graveyard because of lack of posting. I'm not sure when that is done. By the way...physical therapy sucks...big time! See you soon.
