I like Gilberto the best out of the three, but who knows who Dawn chose? I don't really know of what to think of Ms. Ansari, but at the same time, I really want her extreme cheekbones to compete with Max's chubby cheeks!

I have to say that I like the looks of Terrance the best.  His traits are a factor, do you know what they are? 
Octavio has such a long face, and the color of his hair puts me off.  I hope his traits overcome his looks, that is the most important, what he is like. 

Sorry, Dawn didn't talk to them long enough (even the one she asked out) to find out any of their traits. Octavio's hair color is certainly strange.

This isn't really an update, but I wanted to share you guys the children that Mia and Carley had after they aged up to young adult. I have each of their household saved so I got each of the kids in CAS and aged them all up to YA.

Let's start with Mia and Big's children first!



This is their son, Ricky. I aged him up in CAS to YA. I think I mentioned him in Chapter 26 when he was a toddler. He is pretty large, I think he got that from Big. But I think that's the only thing he got from him. He is pretty much a male version of Mia.



This is their other son, Harlan. I mentioned him a lot, but I only got two screenshots of him in this story, one when he was an infant and the other when he was a toddler. (He was in the snow with his brother Ricky). He resembles Big. His mouth is huge! And his nose is skinny. I like his face shape and eye shape though.



Lastly, we have Tasha. Mia gave birth to her a few days before Big died. She was a toddler when the Singhs left Bridgeport. She is pretty much all Big, except for the face shape.

Overall, I think they turned out okay..I think I like Ricky the best. One thing I noticed is that they all got the same nose shape. Ricky is my favorite out of all of them.

Next up, we have Carley and Derell's children.



First we have Tanisha. I mentioned her a lot in the story and she got a lot of screenshots. She was a teen when the Singhs left and had one day left before her birthday. She turned out rather pretty! She looks a lot like Carley, and I can even see some of Allen's features in her as well!



Next up is Jerod. He was sort of mentioned in the story, I think he got maybe three screenshots with him in it. I think he turned out rather well! He looks a lot like Carley except he has darker skin.



Lastly, we have Tanika, Jerod's twin sister. I think she was the only one that looked like Derell. She's pretty, and I think that hairstyle suits her!

Jerod is really quite good looking.  And I like Ricky also; the mouth is a big much on Harlan and Tasha, one of my sims offspring face was all mouth. 

I have a couple of families that I have thought of going back and playing them after I finish my story.  The one in DV is one that I am really attached to, so I definitely am not going to delete them.

Chapter 35: Max's Love Life

Is anyone beginning to sense a pattern in the chapter names? 

Let's check in with Rae and Max.



Max: You look nice Rae, your clothes actually match!

Rae: Thank you Max! I try to look like a wheat fairy.

Max: What?

"It says in her relationship panel that she has the insane trait."

Max: Oh. So, uh, Rae, do you want to meet me at the park tomorrow morning?

Rae: PARK?! That's where the meat manatees live!

Max: Oh..uh..I already talk to them they said they would leave.

Rae: Oh Max, you're so nice! I'll see you tomorrow!



Rae leaves, and she gives me this face. Right through the computer. I immediately quit my game after that. Who needs sleep anyway?

Rae: I see you..Corey, and the readers as well. HEHEHE..

"HAHAHA…MOVING ON!"

I started my game again, and moved the camera away from scary Rae (that rhymed). I turn my attention over to Gavin instead.



Gavin invites his boss, Sofia Vanderburg, over. I plan on him asking for a promotion. Looks like she's pregnant.



Gavin: Sofia, I have a best friend relationship with you, almost maxed out my guitar skill, and have been working with you my whole career. I know that this is a lot, but can I please get a promotion? I've been working hard and I think I deserve it.

Sofia: Hmm..did you enjoy my homemade deep-fried ice cream better then Stefan's?

Gavin: Um..yeah.



Sofia: Then it's settled. You're promoted!

Gavin: Ok, thank you. I can't believe that worked.



Dawn, meanwhile is heading to her first date with her new boyfriend. She passes the paparazzi on her way out.

Dawn: Seriously? You need to get out. Dad already told me that Uncle Vince had filed a lawsuit against seventen paparazzi. We'll do the same to you.

Paparazzi: OK! OK! I'LL LEAVE!

Everyone..brace yourselves..Dawn's new boyfriend is about to be revealed..it's..



..Gilberto!

Dawn: *sniff* I'm so sad Gilberto. Grandmother passed away and I'm still getting used to her not pinching my cheek!

Gilberto: Hey, it's okay. You're really strong! You'll get through this.



Dawn: Oh, Gilberto! I love you!

Gilberto: I love you too!



Max is waiting for Rae at the park.

Max: When will she be here?



Rae: Hi Max!

Max: AHHHH! AN ALIEN! SAVE ME WATCHER!

Rae: Max, calm down, it's me, Rae!



Max: Oh, it's you Rae. Why are you wearing that mask?



Rae: Well, I need to protect myslef in case the meat manatees come back. I need to hide my identity. So I have this mask on. I got one for you too, so you can be safe as well!

Max: Err..I'm good. Anyways there's something I want to tell you Rae.

Rae: What is it? Please don't tell me you're a meat manatee!

Max: No, it's just I think I'm in love with you.

Rae: What?

Max: I just wish you would take the mask off.

Rae: Why?

Max: So I can do this.



Max: See? It would be better with the mask off so we wouldn't have these graphic glitches.



Rae: That was..

Max: I can't see your reaction. Can you take the mask off?

Rae: Well, I'm happy.



Max: Good, but I still wish you would take the mask off.

Rae and Max are now romantic interests, but strangely, there isn't an option to ask to go steady. I wonder why..



The next day, Gavin throws a party to celebrate his new promotion. I find Dawn outside slapping the paparazzi numerous times. Ahh..freewill..



Marilyn eats in her new high chair at the party.

Marilyn: This stuff is gross, but it's better then cake.



Max is too distracted to notice Marilyn's complaints. He carries on the family tradition of writing on the table instead of the love letter.

Soon, the guests arrive, one of the guests is Terrence James, Max's best friend.



Delilah: EVERYBODY DANCE NOW!

Terrence: Yeah! Dancing is so much fun!



Dawn spends the majority of the party flirting with Gilberto.

Dawn: Oh, Gilberto! You're so cute!

Gilberto: Thank you.



Everyone: Ew. Get a room!



After the party, Terrence calls Max.

Max: Hi Terrence, what did you think of the party?

Terrence: *over phone* Max, I need to talk to you about something..

Max: Sure, what is it?

Terrence: Well, it's just that..you know Rae?

Max: Yeah, she's my girlfriend.

Terrence: No, your romantic interest. Rae already has a boyfriend.

Max: WHAT?! She never said anything about that.

Terrence: That's weird. But Rae's always weird. And guess what, her boyfriend is Davon Louie!

Max: You mean the captain of the football team?!

Terrence: Yes. He's going to be mad if he finds out.

Max: Oh no! What do I do?

Terrence: It's simple. Break up with her.



Max: WHAT?!

Terrence: I know, it's crazy, but the whole school will be mad at you if you continue this relationship. Your only friends would be Dawn and I! You need to think this through Max!

Max: Thanks for telling me Terrence. I'll think about it.



Max: Oh no, what am I going to do?!



We end this chapter with Davon Louie, Rae's boyfriend. I think it was spooky day when I took this picture.

Gavin: Ah…what a nice morning. Wait, why are there 7,000 high school diplomas on the wall?

"There were so many in your inventory. Seriously, Marcy's was in it."

Gavin: Who's Marcy?

"Erm..a distant relative."

Gavin: Oh.



"So..what are you going to do?"

Max: I've decided to confront Rae about Davon, maybe she'll explain it was a misunderstanding. I'm going to take her on a date to the Ice Lounge and talk about there.

"Okay."



This is the Ice Lounge, it came with the limited edition of seasons.



This is the interior, looks comfortable doesn't it?



Well, it looks like a local couple is getting too comfortable.



Rae: Hello Max! Why did you invite me here? You know that wheat fairies hate ice!

Max: Well, I just wanted to ask you something.

Rae: What is it?

Max: Well, do you know Davon?



Rae: I knew it! You and Davon are both meat manatees! We are through!



Rae: Goodbye Max.

Max: Wait! That's not it!

"Too late, she's gone."

Max: *sigh* Oh well. At least Davon will never know. Hopefully.



Max: Oh well, I guess I'll just-



Tera Tuttle: Hi Max!

Max: Tera? What are you doing here?



Tera: Oh, I was just going for a walk. How have things been between you and Rae? Did Davon find out yet?

Max: No, I broke up with her when I found out about Davon.

Tera: Really? Who told you?

Max: Terrence did. Wait, how did you know that me and Rae were together?

Tera: I saw you staring at her at prom. That's how I knew you liked her.

Max: I'm really sorry Tera, I never should have broken up with you.



Tera: Oh, it's okay Max. I knew you liked her anyway.

Max: Yeah, well, not anymore.



Max: Anyways, I was going to get these flowers for her, but do you want them instead?

Tera: Oh, I would love them!

Max: Also...



"Aww.."



Max: So, do you want to be my girlfriend?

Tera: Yes!



Anita is now at level 6 of the journalism career, this is her new work outfit.

Anita: Oh dear, this outfit isn't appropriate for a proper sim like me, everyone at work will be laughing at the clothes the game gave me.



However, a co-worker is already laughing when she crashes her hover-board.

Kelsey: HAHA! You fell!

Anita: ..



Soon, it's time for Marilyn's birthday.

Gavin: OW! You just stabbed me with that soup Dawn!

Dawn: Sorry Dad, but that's just how the sims 3 graphics work.

Marilyn: Do I have to eat the cake?



Max: I'll eat it for you if you want.



Marilyn: Wee!



Marilyn: I can see my eyebrows!



Marilyn gains the 'hates the outdoors' trait. Her other ones are 'clumsy' and 'disciplined'.



However, soon after her birthday, a paparazzi dies on the front lawn.

Paparazzi: NOOO! It can't be happening!

Gavin: Yay! Swimming is so much fun!



Dawn: HAHA! You died! HAHA!

"Dawn, you are so cruel."

Dawn: But this guy kept sneaking into our lawn univited and taking pictures of us.

Grim: Allow me to explain. Sims who are enemies with a sim who dies in front of them will laugh at them. For example, if Nancy Landgrabb witnessed Vita Alto die, she would laugh at her.

"Oh, well rest in peace random paparazzi."



We end this chapter with the maid breaking the sink on accident.

Maid: WHOOPS! Hope the watcher didn't take a screenshot of that!

I found the Maid incident more funny then annoying. I also felt bad for her so I didn't fire her.

Since Marilyn is indoors a lot, she dances very often.

Marilyn: And?

"What?"

Marilyn: Ugh, you're supposed to say something funny!

"Okay, umm…"

Marilyn: Nevermind, just move on to the next screenshot.



Dawn: ..and then they lived happily ever after. The end.

Marilyn: BORING. I want some action.

Dawn: First you want a funny caption, now you want an action packed book?



The next day it's Dawn and Max's YA birthdays. An elderly Paulo is among those attending.

Paulo: I actually aged up with good clothes!



Tera Tuttle also attends.

Amelia: I aged up in awful clothes.

Tera: At least you're not a generic-faced sim.



Max, being the oldest, is up first.

Max: I wish for CAKE..



Max: I'm starving!



"Whoa..you got decent clothes!"

Max: I don't care, I got my cake!

"No, first we have to have Dawn age up. I want to avoid routing nightmares. So we'll only be eating one cake."

Max: NOOOO!!



Dawn: Whatever, I'm up next.



"I just noticed…there's a gnome behind you."

Dawn: WHAT?!



Dawn: Oh, I see it now.



Max: No, there can't be routing errors! Move it people!

Sofia Vanderburg: *stomps foot and waves arms* Oh no, it's started.

Maid: *stomps and waves arms* OH NO!

Terrence: Help us!



Max, Delilah, and Gloria Goode manage to make it to the cake.

Max: Yes, I made it! I got a piece!

Delilah: Hi there nephew!

Max: Be quiet Aunt Delilah, I'm trying to eat my cake.

Delilah: ...



Dawn rolls the "great kisser" trait. I've decided for her to be the heir. Her LTW is to be a super spy.



Max rolls the 'hot headed' trait. Oh boy, nobody should steal his cake now, he'll be mad.

Max: I HATE YOU WATCHER! I WANT MY CAKE!

"Sorry."



Dawn gets a job in the police department.



Marilyn: Why do I have to ride a bicycle home from school? I hate the outdoors more then I hate cake!

"Because of that school bus glitch."



Max meets up with Tera at the park.

Tera: Hi Max!

Max: Hi Tera, so..how are you doing?

Tera: Good..

?: OH THESE ARE BEAUTIFUL!

Tera: Who said that?



"It's Violet Logan, one of Gavin's old co-workers."

Timothy Su: Oh, I know you'd love these flowers!

Violet: Oh, they are wonderful! I hope Theresa won't find out.

Theresa Lucas: TIMOTHY! HOW COULD YOU?

Timothy: Oh no.



Theresa: Flirting with another woman? And I wanted those flowers!

Timothy: Theresa, I can explain-

Violet: Could this get any more awkward?

Tera: Umm..so what was it you wanted to tell me?

Max: Oh yeah! I remember!



Max: Tera, will you marry me?

Tera: Oh Max, I-



Tera: I will! I will! This is the most romantic moment I've had in my life!

Timothy: *in background* I HATE YOU!

Theresa: *in background* I HATE YOU MORE!

Violet: Could this get any more awkward?



Max: I love you Tera!

Tera: You're..so..heavy!

Violet: Did Theresa leave yet?

Timothy: Yes, you can keep the flowers!

Paparazzi: Oh my goodness, Max Singh just proposed to Tera Tuttle! This is going on the front page.



We end this chapter with Gavin, he just maxed out his career, completeing his LTW. We were sucessful on Generation 3! YAY!
