A game (That I haven't installed) appeared under my games

A second Sims 3 game (That is slightly different than the base) appeared under my Origin games, yet I haven't installed it? I have a second, I'm so confused as to why it appeared in the first place. Every time I click on it it would say "Syncing cloud data..." What does that mean? Could that be the reason why my saved games aren't appearing on the base game's main menu?
