I swear the game was against me the whole time!  LOL   Usually I have a good amount of Gnomes from very specific activities.. this time around, same activities and not a Gnome to be spawned!!  By the end I was torn between a negative score or holding out for more days and finding more Gnomes.. which I figured wouldn't happen so I'd just have a bigger negative score!

Unique Romance Interests moved in given Unique Gnome and kicked out - 6 X 1000 = 6000

Days - 26 (21 = 5 Vacation) X 250 = 6500

Final Score 6500 - 6000 =   -500

Well ... I am bad at this. I went until week 4 day 7 and got no gnomes or romantic interests.

Quick question... I am attempting to play this challenge. However, after kicking out a sim, my game froze on "processing". Any suggestions on my next step? Am I allowed to close it out and restart from last save? Ugh!

Yes you can quit and start the game up wherever you saved last.

Are any of you who are doing the challenge playing it in Union Cove?  Having trouble getting gnomes there so need to know if it's just me or UC itself.  Please don't post the answer here but pm me instead.  Don't want to take up the space.

OK, so I had 7 unique Gnomes and RI's and played the whole 28 days which gives me a score of 0. That seems.... anticlimactic, lol!

I am now addicted to gnomes. I'm continuing with this Sim to see how many more I can find and collect.

It's not a new rule.  That rule has been in place since February.

I resurrected my first heartbreaker sim for this, she did great on the romance and not too bad on the gnomes, I wish I had stuck with my first idea to stop at 25 days but there were still 4 gnomes I thought I might have a chance at and then I didn't get any of them, oh well.

So what was the end result of the time machine kid? If he comes home with you do you just kick him out and move on without giving him a gnome?
