Vacations can either be spent in WA worlds or at University.

Vacation at uni ... seems a little bit too close to real life for me.

... do we need to officially "register" somewhere as taking part?

EDIT: if using Supernatural Expansion pack, are all Sim types allowed? ie: witch, werwolf, etc. Or does out starting sim have to be human?

No need to register, all you do is post your final score in this thread.

If particular life states are banned, they'll be listed in the specific rules of the challenge, so in this case, all of the life states are allowed.

If you haven't already, make sure you read the rules, as some of the features of particular life states and some traits/life time rewards are banned for this particular challenge. The challenge specific rules are in the first post of this thread.

Also, if you haven't already, you should also make sure you read the general rules governing all the challenges. There is a link to the thread containing the general rules also in the first post in this thread.

You can sell it. You can do anything you like as long as you don't use it again as a scoring gnome, I believe

If the rules do not specify, you can do whatever you want.

You can only move in the LI/RI if you have a gnome to go into their inventory.  When you choose to do that is up to you, just remember they can't stay in the house for any longer than it takes to kick them back out.

I LOVE gnomes!  I hug them, and kiss them and call them George.  Ok, maybe not George.  This one sounds like fun but I think it's going to be trickier than one would think.

Yes...just be aware of the 2 Witch/Genie bans.

Two new changes have been made to the rules today:


The new trait Irresistible has been banned as has the use of the new smart phone app "Relationship Transmorgifier."


Please note that with the expansion going live on Tuesday in the States and the challenge going live tonight at midnight - there is a possibility that the rules will continue to change over the next week as new information is gathered.   Please check back often to double check that something you're doing may be banned content.

If you choose to play the new content and you do something that you think may be against the spirit of the challenge - contact the team immediately via PM and ask our opinions of it.   All answers given prior to Tuesday March 5th will be for content that is available before Tuesday so those answers could also change with the new content after it's officially available.

All times are based on your time zone.  So if it's March 4th go ahead and start.

As far as I'm aware you go by your local time for when to start and when to stop.

Thanks guys It's actually noon here, I would have been started even earlier, but it's a State Holiday today and I had a big night last night LOL
