I've talked to a couple of people and there seemed to be some match confusion on the scoring of this challenge.

I thought I'd just clarify to help people since most people are only saying how many days they used not what day they went to.    Due to the fact that the game starts on Week 1 - Day 1, that means to count days you have to ignore weeks.    Week 2, Day 1 = 8 days.   Week 3, Day 1 = 15 days.   Week 4, Day 1 = 22 days.

Please let us know if you think you made a mistake in your score so we can correct it.

Looks like I got my score wrong. I was off by a week somehow.

Week 4, day 1 with 8 days total vacation=30 days

12000-7500=4500

Could my score be amended please? Not sure how it was off by so much.

the way I work out the day scoring for this is by using the following formula

(Weeks - 1)*7 + days + vacations or university ...

So, if you finish week 2, day 4 and have 3 days on vacation and 1 at uni, it will be (2 - 1)*7 + 4 + 4 = 15 days.

I'm a complete nerd when it comes to things like that, I've done a similar calculation for my immortal dynasty file as I'm calculating a whole lot of formula for it, and am even plotting my daily results on a graph.

Rule Clarification:   It has come up recently in discussion about RIs and moving.   At no point are you allowed to move in with an RI, an RI must always move in with you.   That means they come into your house & household not the opposite. 

If anyone has any issues with this, please contact the team privately.

Time Taken: Week 4, Day 2 = 23 days + 15 vacation days = 38 x 250 = 9500
Final Score: 23000 - 9500 = 13,500

Have been very busy with school, but done. Hmm, I wonder if I should have gone for the complete set, but didn't think it would be worth it.

Week 2, Day 7 with 1 vacation day

Score = 19000 - [(14 + 1)*250] = 15,250

Total days including college and vacation is 17. During that time I successfully had 13 love interests moved in and kicked out. I think I could get a few more before the scoring ends, but something in RL has come up. I believe my score is 8750 but please correct me if I am wrong.

Eight loves & Gnomes, 11 days including college & vacation = 5,250.

Rather disappointing as practices yielded higher scores but liked the element of randomness that made each play-through different

Well, I gave it my best shot, but it was soon clear it was not going to be a home filled with gnomes.  So I jumped, rather than endure slow torture.

Gave up at week 1 day 7, with 1 days vacation, so 8 days altogether = 2000, 3 unique gnomes/romantic interests so 3000, so 3000 - 2000 = 1000.

Sorry, had hoped to do better, but it was not to be.

Gnomer Pyle finally finished. He found 15 gnomes in 20 days. Almost a gnome a day

This was harder than I thought it would be, but as usual I learned a lot from it.
Stopped Week 3 Day 5 with one day vacation and 10 Romantic Interests.
