I am curious how to read such reports myself and am posting so as to subscribe to this very topic.

If you are crashing to desktop and you are getting that from the Crash Log Analyzer, you have some Custom Content that has been downloaded that is causing the crash.

Have you downloaded from the Exchange or other sites lately?

I download off a few sites, so that will make it harder for me to figure out  :(
Is that what the report is telling me because it says [WARNING CUSTOM CONTENT]? I thought it said that because I have CC and not because that was causing the issues.

When you load the Analyzer, it should have two columns - Date/Time and Likely Cause. Find one of these crashes, and tell us what is in the Likely Cause column. I think it might be "Custom Content (CC) - follow Instructions under Solutions Below". :)

This is a screen shot...It just said updates are available.  The launcher said my game is up to date...this is why I am confused.

Hi, MinGraphics.

From what I see, the base game is patched up to date, but the expansions aren't/ You could try downloading and running the "Super Patch" (link to official EA community thread with download link). This will patch everything up to date. It's a big file (over 1 GB), but it includes all patches released for the game from the beginning.

If you need to re-install, please see the thread on backing up and re-installing Origin downloads. It makes life much easier. :)

Hope this helps.
