Is there a way to slow time? A day passes so quickly is there a way to slow it down so you can do more & see more?

Just make sure you're always doing speed 1 instead of the other speeds.  Also if you're worried, there is a way to change how long a Sim lives by changing their lifespan or choosing to turn off aging.   As long as it's not a challenge file, it's really your choice.

Thank you, yeah award if both those but wondered if there was a way to slow the day down a bit too. It goes so quickly.

Speed 1 is the slowest the game will go.  I often find days take too long but I tend to micromanage Sims due to being challenge files which means I spend a lot of time just pausing, figuring out the 8 people/2 pet action queues, wishes and needs.  It also allows me to catch some great screenshots when I want to as well.

Another possibility is to get the Meditative Trance Sleep Lifetime Reward, which reduces sleeping time by 20% and gives you more hours to be active. Or use the Supernaturals and get the Invigorating Elixir or the Potent Invigorating Elixir either from the store or brewing it yourself.

The Moodlet Manager is another good way to extend the sim's day.  If you want, they need never sleep again!  I find it invaluable when expoloring.

Also, the best quality beds significantly reduce sleeping time.  Just check the bed's stats befor buying.
