I'm also getting the world as soon as I can and I'll probably work on a residents list as I like going from house to house anyway.  I like seeing how EA recolors stuff.  That's just me.

Most of the store stuff won't go up until I think 8 am PST though so it will be a little while and we might get more photos between now and then.   All I know is that I have to have some of this stuff for my toddlers!

Do we know how many points it will be to buy? Worlds usually start at a discount price so I'd expect this one to be too.

Looks like before discount the prices are going to be 2450 for standard and 4350 for the gold.   I may rethink my gold purchase.   That's a $19.00 difference just for the two toddler items.  I will supply a link when the discounts become available.   Right now the only link available is at SimsVIP but the store team hasn't made it ready yet.

They just showed it on Facebook. I clicked on the link but it showed the Gold Version being 10,000 simpoints . Maybe it's an error or something . That's a huge difference between the two versions .

I'm still seeing 4350 for the gold but it looks like 21 items difference for the two options including 4 new windows, 5 new wallpapers, the rugs we saw in the video, the rocking chair and several decorative items.   Oh and apparently one of the items is a baby gate attached to a door!

Twitter says they aren't ready yet which is why everyone is freaking out.

As I recall, it takes a while for them to put the discounts on, too. With Sunlit Tides, there were people who were upset because they got it immediately and had to pay full price.

B) The gold price is listed as 10,000 SimPoints. That can't be right, right?

EA is aware of the problem with the 10,000 price tag.  I just got the gold edition for 3900 actually.   I went to http://store.thesims3.com/auroraskies.html.    The 10000 price tag is being fixed again and you should never pay that price.

I'm off to start the residents list but I also have a dinner tonight (expected to get this world like 3 hours ago) so it may not come out soonish but I'll make sure it's done before I sleep.  Just depends on how many families I find when I load up.

Ricalynn, the link you gave takes me to a place where the price is 10,000 Simoleons. I think I'll wait an hour before checking again. Was 3900 a sale price or the regular?

ETA: Apparently it depends on which browser you use -- Google Chrome shows 10,000; IE shows 3900.

3900 was the sale price - 4350 is the normal price.  I still don't see the 10,000.  I regularly reload pages with f5 though.  Unless they broke the price for a fourth time which is possible!   The 3900 price tag shows for me on the Media page.
