Pianists in Bars and Clubs

So I've searched this board and can't find anything on this topic.

My question is, if I build a bar or club and put in a piano, how can I make sure an NPC pianist shows up to play it? Does it happen automatically, like mixologists with professional bars and bouncers with velvet ropes?

It seems to be automatic for lounges, but they don't generate in bars or clubs. So, one out of three. :P
