I wouldn't call Jenna "nice" (she has the mean-spirited trait), but I guess you're right. Sorry about that.

The story is interesting simstar and nothing negative was meant by the story being "creepy".  It is a good story, so keep up the good work.  I love mysteries and creepy movies and stories, it peaks interest, so don't stop, what ever you do.  Looking forward to your next update. ;D

Ok, I realize I've been neglecting this family. It's just, every time I open the computer, there's so many distractions. Playing the Sims, reading fanfiction, watching Invader Zim, Reading this forum... So, I decided that today I'm going to do a TON of writing. You can look forward to a lot of updates today. ;D

Chapter Five
It had been several weeks since Amanda had fallen in love with Raymond, and was now living with him in the basement. Sure, she could Zeneport out if she wanted to, and did occasionally, to buy stuff for the home, (They had decided calling it "The Basement" or "The Cell" was too depressing.) like a rubber ducky for the bathtub/shower, some bubble bath, a LOT of books, cooking ingredients, and LOTS of watermelon. Why? Well, a few weeks ago, Raymond had proposed to her, with a ring he pulled from who knows where, and they had been married a few days after. A couple days ago, she had discovered that she was pregnant, and was going to Zeneport out, to buy some stuff for herself and the baby.
"You're sure you should be Zeneporting in your condition?" Raymwatermelonond asked nervously."Meditating seems fine, but what if the baby comes while you're out? You'll both be stuck, and have to go live with Jenna Warden again."
"Live with Jenna again?!" spat Amanda. "I'd rather die! Anyway, the baby won't come while I'm out, I'm only on my first trimester."
"I guess..." Raymond said nervously. "Is there anything you want me to do while you're gone?"
"Sit with me while I meditate, tidy up the house once I'm gone, and make something yummy for us to eat when I get back. I love your cooking."
     "Will do, honey. Be safe."
"I know, I know. Just 'cause I'm pregnant doesn't mean I'm helpless. Now, I can't meditate if we talk."
They sat in silence for about three hours, until Amanda glowed rainbow, and vanished in a cloud of sparkles. Raymond stood up, and began cleaning the sink, awaiting her return.
Meanwhile, Amanda appeared outside the EverFresh Delight Supermarket, and walked inside. While in there, she bought ten watermelons which se proceded to scarf down all at once, and and other foodstuffs they needed in the kitchen. After that, she headed over to Divadstrio Budget Books, and bought two pregnancy books, and a ton of toddler books. Finally, she went to the furniture store, and got an assembly-required crib, bed and hight chair, along with a potty chair and a teddy bear. Now they were all set. She Zeneported back home, and was greeted by Raymond cooking something on the stove.
   "What'cha making?" she asked.
"Hamburgers. They're almost finished." he replied.
"Good. I got everything we'll need. After lunch we can assemble these, and read these pregnancy manuals."
The next two days passed uneventfully, until one evening of her third trimester, Amanda gasped, and clutched her stomach. Having read up on pregnancies, Raymond knew what to do. He gently helped her off the bed, and spoke to her soothingly as her first labor began.

Chapter Notes:
* The reason I skipped the whole proposal/marriage is because I'm no good at writing sappy romance scenes, or any romance scenes at all, for that matter.
* I'm well aware that there's no furniture stores in Sims 3, but it's more realistic that saying they magically appeared because of buy mode.
* I'm also going to skip the labor scene, because, being the naive twelve year old I am, have no Idea what real labor is like. ^^;;
* This chapter took about an hour to write. Of couse, I had to go eat breakfast in the middle of it.
* For some reason, playing music helps me write faster. For this chapter, I listened to "Drop The Base" about twenty times. ^^;;
* I'll start the next one in about an hour, I need a bit of a break form writing. :)
* Tell me what you think of this chapter! Pwease? :3

Despite having no screen shots you manage to describe things extremely well.

This is so hard to manage not reading on! (obviously because there is nothing to read after this, yet) Also, I am also a naive 12 year old so I gotcha sista! Rhetorical comments/questions:
*What do Amanda and Raymond look like?
*How will the child go to school if baby is born in the basement? (haha lots of b beginning words)
*Lol When Raymond was worried about Amanda teleporting was him thinking: What if the baby stays behind while YOU teleport around!?
Haha thanks so much for writing these stories, I'm no good but I do enjoy reading others'. ;D

I'll post pictures of them when I get back from eating sushi, assuming my mom and photobucket will let me.

*How will the child go to school if baby is born in the basement? (haha lots of b beginning words)
I deleted the school with Edit Town. In a coming chapter I'll give a logical explanation.

That you so much for all the feedback and kind words, everyone!

Simstar, you may be twelve, but you write really good. As Rachel said, you manage to describe whole story without pictures and to give it an interesting twist, and develop your story in a very creative way. In time and with more life experience, I bet you won't have to skip any topic. Great job Simstar!

Chapter Six

Amanda's labor had lasted a couple hours, but Raymond had been very helpful, and both Amanda and the baby came out fine. She was a beautiful baby, and they had decided to name her Heather. As she rested in her crib, and Amanda took a nap after being tired out by her labor, Raymond thought about how wonderful his life has become
Time skip...
After a couple days, Heather has aged up into a toddler, with brown, wavy hair and blue eyes, just like her mother. Only problem was, she once asked her mother a question she had a very hard time answering.
"Mama?" (This was after she had learned her toddler skills, couldn't really find anything interesting to say about 'em.)
"Yes, sweetie?" Amanda already knew how curious her daughter was, as she asked questions every day.
     "What's a twee?"
Raymond, who was eating lunch, nearly choked on his hot dog.
"Where'd you hear about that, honey?" Raymond and Amanda has made a decision a couple days ago that they wouldn't tell Heather about trees or anything form the outside world until she was old enough to understand it.
"Jimmy Spwocket." Heathers answer jerks Amanda back to the present as she holds up the book she'd been reading.
I knew buying her that book was a bad idea Amanda thought with an inward groan. Out loud, she said,
"I'll tell you when you're older, sweetie."
"NO! WANNA KNOW NOW!" Heather burst into tears. She was fairly levelheaded for a toddler, but she hated it when people kept secrets from her.
"Heather. If you keep crying, we won't tell you at all." Amanda didn't like having to to this to her daughter, but she had no choice.
"Ok..." Heather sulkily walked over to the rug, and flopped down with 'Fingerpainting 101.
Amanda sighed, and looked over at Raymond. He nodded and they walked over to a corner of the basement with nothing in it.
"What're we going to tell Heather?" Raymond asked. "She's obviously expecting an answer, and she won't wait that long, and if we try telling her in words, she'll get all these crazy ideas and images that are nothing like trees."
"I know, I know." They though for a bit, and then Amanda had an idea. "I've got it! I'll buy a camera at the consignment shop and take a picture
of a tree for her!"
"Great! You should probably leave now, though. She's just going to get more impatient." Amanda nodded, and sat down to mediate. After a couple hours, she vanished in a burst of rainbow sparkles. Raymond walked over to the bookshelf to find something to read, when Heather looked up from 'Handprints of the Masters' and glanced around the room.
     "Where's mommy?"
I really should have seen this coming... thought Raymond. "She's... out right now"
"Oh, ok." Heather turned back to her book.
Well... that was easier that I expected.

Time skip... again...
Amanda Zeneported back in, with a shopping bag full of stuff. Raymond walked over, and examined its contents.
"A camera, a Fluffy Bunny music box and... a cake? What's this for?"
"Don't tell me you forgot, Raymond! I's going to be Heathers birthday in a few days!
----
Chapter Notes:

* The reason I said Raymond was helpful during Amandas labor is because I wanted it to seem that he's Amandas soulmate, and that he loves his family with no bounds. In the actual game, Raymond was no help at all. :P
*Free cookies if you can guess one of Heathers traits. I gave clues in the story.
*Amanda actually got that camera a lot earlier, but I thought this fitted the story better.
*There will hopefully be another chapter today. I can't say for sure, but I think so.
* By the way, if labor goes on for three hours, is that considered dangerous? If it is, I'll change it.
*Tell me what you thought of this chapter! Pwease? :3

Wow, great writing again Simstar3! I'm no expert but I thought the average (or something) for labor was like 8 hours, and some people take days. But, whatever I would just keep it as it is: "her labor lasted a couple of hours" sounds about right...
