Chaper 2 - Just a quick update

Ah, friends! I haven't spoken to you for a while, have I? Well, there has been a lot of stuff going on around here. Let me get you up to speed.

A zombie came onto our lot and died from old age.

The Zombie Curse of the Believers strikes again! And, even more exciting was that I met Grim! Well, I had a pillow fight with him...

Next up was the transformation of Tonya. She told me that she'd always wanted to be an elegant vampress and that suited me just fine. I called one of my vampire buddies and the deed was done.

And finally was my adult birthday. I'll have to speed up now.

Sorry to cut this so short but I need to get back to my tasks. I can't stop until they're finished.

Haymitch's requirement update:

1) One Best Friend - Done!
2) Two career objects - One done, one to go
3) Three unique opportunities - Done!
4) Four LTRs - Done!
5) Five wishes worth 5,000 or more - One done, four to go
6) Six unique skill challenges - Five done, one to go
7) Seven items for mausoleum - Working on seven books

Yes! Vampires! I love them, because they're so easy . . . and good . . . . at everything! It makes my life much easier.

Come on Haymitch you can do it, put a little power to it! With the ball, in your hand, you can do it yes you can!

Great, now I've started spamming softball cheers. What will be next?

Great update! I love how zombies always die of old age . . . it makes cleaning them up a breeze!

What's the deal with Haymitch's face? Sometimes there looks like some sort of scratch marks on it, but sometimes not. Is it a glitch? Face paint? Either way, he's a cutie. Tonya's vampire bite face is hilarious.

You mean like when he was aging up? That's his hair...on the other side of his head lol
He is a ghost  :P

Exactly my thinking. I hadn't really bothered with them before starting this challenge but when I discovered that they could max a skill in a couple of days I fell in love with them  :D
Also, their super-fast walking speed is a nice contrast from the ghostly wander that Haymitch does. He's frequently late for work because of it!

As ladyaya said, it's his emo hair. That's the only issue with ghosts... finding descent hairstyles  :P

And I always make sure to get a screenshot of that vampire bite face. It's just the funniest thing!

Come on Haymitch you can do it, put a little power to it! With the ball, in your hand, you can do it yes you can!

Haymitch needs all the support he can get. He's so close... but so far too! He's got those evil 5,000 point wishes to get through first!

And I like it when zombies/stray animals die on the lot. It allows me to expand my graveyard :D

I find a graveyard very appropriate for this challenge. Congratulations on how far you've come! Yes the wishes are awful but he should roll some to write a lot of books or something soon.

Chapter 3 - Requirments = No Problem!

Hello there, everyone! I've been working so hard on the last of my requirements that I haven't had time to talk to you. How rude of me! Anyway, I'll get you up to speed.

We had enough funds to buy a super sleeper bed. It took a massive chunk out of our funds, but it was worth the money. Sleeping is a pure delight now!

We also decided to adopt a new kitty. He got him from a neighbour, who had a litter of kittens they were eager to get rid of. I was more than happy to take one of them off their hands. He's called Marley and he was a great companion for Tigger in his last days.

But sadly it wasn't long before Tigger passed on. He had been living a long time, but Tonya and I were still very sad. I decided to write a book in his honour, called 'The Cat in the Fog'.

Little Marley was very sad about Tigger's death, so we got a lady cat to keep him company. She's called Erica.

Tonya took up painting, despite not liking art at all. She told me she needed to express herself in some way and if art was that way then so be it.

I was working very hard on my novels for days on end. 'The Cat in the Fog' and all of it's sequels (all called 'The Cat in the [weather]') were successes so I used those seven books for my skill items. Then it dawned on me. I had finished every requirement apart from the last 5,000 point wish. All I could think about was marrying Tonya, having the baby... that's it! Marrying Tonya! My last wish!

So, I proposed...

And we were married straight away.

That's it. Requirements done! But there was something I needed to do before we had the baby...

Haymitch: I wish for fortune!

Genie: Your wish is my command, master!

So, with the money, we built a house. A proper house, where we could raise a family.

Alright then, it's the moment you've all been waiting for... *X Factor voice*

It's time...

to face...

the NOOBOO!

She's called Effie. She may be a ghost, like me, but she's also a vampire, like Tonya, so she counts as an heir. She's got the best of both worlds!

Congrats on completing the first requirements :) and welcome to little Effie.
From the moment I fell down that rabbit hole I've been told what I must do and who I must be. I've been shrunk, stretched, scratched and stuffed into a teapot. I've been accused of being Alice, and of not being Alice, but this is my dream. I'll decide where it goes from here.

Congrats on completing the first requirements :) and welcome to little Effie.

Thanks. They were very difficult - more difficult than Echo's or Peeta's. It was also the first time I'd done Charisma, which was a lot easier to (nearly) Supermax than I thought it would be. So I might use it in my Immortal Dynasty  :)

And Effie is a darling, even though she's still a burrito. I was scanning my list of Hunger Games names (and trust me, it's quite a list!) and I saw some character names that I really want to use, but I just knew that some of the characters wouldn't make very good vampires... so I plumped for Effie, who is one of my favorite characters and her makeup makes her look really pale so I thought she would be a good vampire  :D

Yay for Effie! Congratulations on your first . . . erm . . . so used to saying immortal . . . Life States Conqueror!

Thank you, it was a lot of work!

I knew somebody would end up reading that. I just had to confirm it before I posted it in the story. I was really happy to get an heir first time!

Chapter 4 - They grow up too quickly

Time goes so fast in our household! Little Effie had her birthday already.

(turns out that we get to see her in human form when she goes to the dresser -  :D)

Here she is, looking cute. We think the hair colour could be mine, because it's not Tonya's. But those are definitely Tonya's eye. And best of all, she got the famous Believer ears, pasted down from my mother to me and Peeta and now Effie!

And here is her adorable new everyday outfit. Her favourite colour is green and we thought it would be nice, even though you can't see the colours when she's in ghost form.

She's already exploring.

But when she's not exploring, she either chewing her doll, Lucky, or reading painting books.

She is also very talented on the xylophone. This may be because she's a virtuoso and a vampire, though...

Now that her requirements were done, all she had to do was learn her basic toddler skills...

She was potty trained, but unfortunately we did it after she learned to talk so she told us that it was against her right to privacy to have pictures of her on the toilet. We had to agree.

I brought her to the cake early, because she had finished all her requirements quickly.

Did you notice something about me? Give up? I became an elder! But, just after Effie aged up, Tonya gave me a special gift.

I knew what it was and drank it up quickly.

I was young again (again!). Bald, but young. Now, where's that hair growing stuff...?
