Almost Perfect Gardens
« on: January 14, 2013, 11:06:33 PM »
Size: 30 X 30
Price: $139,119
Type: Commercial, Small Park
Expansions: All
Store Content: Al Fresco Street Market

Almost perfect but I couldn't figure out how to get a full row of perfect Omni plants.  Every other harvestable in the game (I believe) is here and of perfect quality, including the Lemon and Purple Eggplant from the Al Fresco Street Market.  Each type of plant is in a row of nine, making it easy to find and harvest just what you are looking for.  There is also a nice indoor recreatation area with a bathroom and shower so you can clean up after harvesting what you need.  There are also a couple of outside activity objects for your sim's enjoyment.  Almost perfect!

Nothing should die except for the Death flowers should they get harvested.  In fact, in the game where I tested this, a few of Death flowers bushs died a few days after I placed the lot.  I dunno why.  If it is a problem, you can always replace them with the "buydebug on" cheat.  Everything else should be immortal since this is a community lot.

If you don't own a certain type of harvestable, those plants will be replaced with something else.  I don't know if the replacements will be perfect quality (if someone else does please let me know).

This is a really cool lot. There's just one question ... Where do they sleep?
Love it anyway. Thanks for sharing.  :D

I think it's meant to be a community lot, so either nap on the couch or byo sleeping bag for those Sims doing it tough.

Yes, it is a community lot.  I started it as a residential to build up the garden, then converted it to a small park.

I'm glad you like it!
