I know morning sickness starts about 8 hours after a successful Try for Baby. But I want to know how long does it take from the point of the lullaby music, to the point to where the Sim wears maternity clothes. My Sim is doing a gig and I believe pregnant Sims can't do them.

Oh cool, she'll be able to preform her gig and not have to worry about anything. She got pregnant at 10 pm or 11 pm and the gig is from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Edit: Thank you so much, I don't have to worry about her ''showing'' during her gig.
Edit: I totally forgot that gigs start the next day after your Sim gets them and she's showing now. More like I forgot she got pregnant the day she got the gig.
