Plants won't grow - grown plants won't produce.

I searched for this issue, and couldn't find anyone else with it. I have all EPs and stuff packs except Seasons.

Here, I'll start with this info from the "Help us help you" thread.

What's your operating system, Windows or Mac? Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Are you using Mods or CC? (without getting too specific) Very little CC and AwesomeMod, there were no issues before, using these same mods.
What Expansion and Stuff packs do you have? All besides Seasons
When did you last uninstall/reinstall the game? Months ago
What were you doing at the time of the issue? See below, I had just moved my save to a new neighborhood.
Is your game up to date? What is your current version? Version: 15.0.135.019001

I had my family in Sunset Valley, but recently downloaded this Sunset Valley because it had all the new lots. I downloaded the version which had all EPs except Seasons.

I saved my lot and installed it in the new world. Everything works perfectly. I think it's funny that my founder and her husband only just went on their first date as far as the game's concerned.

The only frustration has been that my 21 Money Trees have stopped growing. And the 16 of them which are mature are no longer bearing money bags. Also, my other plants have also stopped growing and producing.

I just planted new plants to see if they will grow - I haven't given them enough time yet but I will update if the new plants grow.

Anyone know if there is a fix? Other than "buying" the plants through buydebug or starting all over with my garden?

I forgot to mention - every day they are needing watering and weeding, so the 4-6am growing period does occur.

If they are stuck in harvest state, with no harvestables, I've read that it is caused by the gatherer trait. You will need new plants, and a sim without the trait. Could that be your problem?

I am having the same issue. I play generations with all expansions except World Adventure. The glitch only recently occurred when I downloaded a new EA update. When I plant new plants, I get one harvest and then they stop producing.

What is the "gatherer" trait? One of my sims was a green thumb, but the other is not.

The gatherer trait came with supernatural. Sims with the gatherer trait make excellent gardeners, because seeds or produce that they plant gain several quality levels straight up.

AH! Ok, I don't have supernatural. grrr I wish I knew what it was. i love to garden
