Any good download of a modified Sunset Valley?

Does anyone know of a good download with a Sunset Valley modified with all the EP lots? (Maybe except Seasons since I don't have that yet)

Or does the new Sunset Valley in Seasons come with ALL expansion's lots? I heard there was a new Sunset Valley -- Am I wrong?

And does it automatically update your existing save file, or only new ones created?

I know, I'm jumping all over the place. I just want my town to have all the new features.

Sounds like you need Sunset Valley 7.0. Well, 6.0, since 7.0 is updated for Seasons. There are plenty of versions of the modified Valley to suit your tastes.
