I have seen sims with wings  What is that and how do you get it? Is it a supernatural or like a part of an expansion pack?

Fairies in Supernatural have wings that are rather colorful and sparkly effects in the back of them. So yes, it's part of an EP.

Don't you already have supernatural?  You have a thread on the toadification curse and it's cures.

Or are you specifically talking like angel wings.  Anything beyond the six types of wings available in CAS when you make a fairy is CC.

I have seen angel wings on the exchange, unless the angel wing tattoos were mistaken for actual wings.

Angel wings are still CC and it can be put up on the exchange with CC.

CC is custom content and usually refers to content not made by Electronic Arts.
There are wings for guys available from the Sims store. They are part of a free Valentines Day set.

Thanks, I saw them and was like, "Is that another supernatural I dont know about?" Thanks now time to buy wings and fly!

Oh wait hose are like clothes I was thinking like real wings attached physically to the sim. Has anyone heard of or seen that before?

We don't actually talk about CC on this forum but I'm sure it's possible to google that information.  Mod the Sims or TSR may have a pair as well.

Has it not been determined that the wings that zachlot7 saw on Sims are the wings of a fairy?  If you could post a screenshot, zachlot7, it would be helpful in identifying what you're seeing.
