(I love plantsims so far, but I hope mermaid is a, for lack of better term, breedable lifestate.)

I am entirely interested in the mermaid lifestate, probably more than anything else in the pack. I can think of a few sims of mine who would make incredible mermaids . . .

I think the term you're looking for is, "able to make in Create-A-Sim." I'm worried about that too, since the term they're throwing around a lot is, "able to meet a mermaid," not, "make a mermaid."

Eh, not even so much CAS. Aliens aren't CASable (far as I know), but you can still breed them.

While I would prefer CAS mermaids, long as I can breed them, I'll still be happy.

Yeah, but even in CAS. you still have the alien eyes slider.

I would also like to know about other worlds. It mentions dive sites - I want to know if those dive sites will be added to the other worlds, or if we can do so ourselves.

Ooh, great new images! I loved the last one, with the Sim opening the treasure chest. Did anyone else spot that ominous shape in the background? I'm guessing it's a shark, but to me it looked more like a whale!

I could be wrong, but we most likely will be able to. The reason aliens were never able to be made in CAS was because the team working on Supernatural was separate to that working on Seasons, and the two didn't interact when the Supernatural team built that functionality. Since this is in game and available for occults, it will most likely be available to us. Don't quote me on that though.

No, it can't be a shark. The tail on that thing is horizontal. Sharks' tails are vertical. Either way, I'm terrified of it.

It looks a little like one of those basking sharks, which I think are quite creepy. I just looked one up on Google Images and nearly jumped off my chair!

The only tail I see is vertical and since they mention sharks two paragraphs above it I'm betting that's what it is.   They wouldn't show a picture of something they hadn't announced yet.

What is offered special in the limited edition of this expansion?  I have been trying to find out what will be provided in this over buying a regular game later on.
Pets had the pet shop, SN the pea shooter, AS had the learning center, so what will be provided with this expanson pack?
