I can't wait for the walk through.  After looking at that thread you linked to about hull sizes, and seeing some people's ideas, I wonder if it will be possible to put a pool in the hull of our houseboat.  I think it has been said that houseboats can have a single basement within the hull.  And I'm already compiling a list of stuff from base game and expansions that will hopefully count as amenities for my resort.  Playgrounds, arcade games, and karaoke among them.

If we can put things like diving boards on the edge of houseboats, a pool wont be needed because we'll have the ocean!

Would still be exotic to have a pool on your houseboat.  Irl, you would then have the option of a saltwater or freshwater swim.  I would at least want a hottub.

At last there is a trait that is conter to Hydrophobic.

Hmm...Thinking about water, and scuba diving, and some of the other LTRs, a new LTR that might be cool would be something called like, Iron Lung, and would let your sims hold their breath longer under water.

What about new LTW's? Could be one for underwater treasure collecting, similar to the World Adventures one. Perhaps it would include finding all of the diving spots.

SimGuruMike talked about how large the resort tower rabbit holes are going to be on the official forum. link

Here are the footprint sizes for the resort towers.

Small Beach Tower = 4x8
Beach Tower =  13x8
Spanish Style = 9x29
Modern Style = 16x22

Your employees will be coming out of these towers so you just have to make sure the entrances/exits are not blocked.

In case you were interested I was able to completely enclose the small beach tower into a 4x11 square build/buy room that still allowed for proper routing.

Each tower style will have 3-preset colors. Unfortunately you will not be able to use create-a-style on them.

According to a Twitter post from one of the SimGurus (I don't have the link, but I could find it if necessary) your sim can own a "resort, regular house, houseboat, and private lot" at a time, which I assume means you can also own more than one of each. It's so incredibly exciting!

I love those trees . It looks like new fencing and patio table also . It looks like it's going to be a fun expansion . Kind of anxious to see their walk through .

I love when we get more trees and flowers. It's going to be interesting to see more of a walk through. I'm particularly interested in more about the mermaids and the scuba diving.

Hmm...was just thinking, for my resort, I'm gonna make sure to include a honeymoon suite.  I don't recall, will we be able to set the prices on different rooms?  And is there a heart shaped hottub?  I don't recall.
