The relationship glitch is due to, from what I know, the online dating setup. What is happening, at least in my games, is that every time my sims meet someone, whether friend or foe, they start getting letters; friendship, love ones, but can be mean ones, and gifts in the mail. Along with phone calls for dates and popups asking for friendship or declarations of love. The problem with the gifts is that the omini (sp?) plant is being sent along with bills yet they can not be deleted.
The longer time goes by, it seems the more you get. Have a large family, six adults and a child, and that is a lot of letters, phone calls and royal pain in the neck.
You can delete yourself from the profile, go in and create one, then delete it, but it doesn't help, when you meet them again, the letters, gifts, popups and phone calls start backup.
In the garden, those who had any gardens planted before patch 1.46, after the patch they can no longer go and click onto weed, harvest garden and off they go to weed, harvest the whole garden. Now, they go and do what they are told to do and then stop, stand there, head off to read a book or something else.
If you are a gardener, then you now have to watch your sim harvest or weed a plant, then tell the sim to go to the next plant, then to the next plant and on and on. I'm trapped staying at my sim's side until they have harvested or weeded the garden.
There is no collection page in the journal for plants, so if you are seeking to fill that up it can't be done.
Any game made after the patch is okay, and children born from families who are affected by the patch can do the gardening, so that is of some help.
