Oh man, those two girls will make a hard choice for poor Chicken.  As for you, Watcher, you've got to choose between hair and eyes!  I prefer Sweetpea personally :)

The twins are adorable! Chicken pulls off pink in the most manly way possible. I love your updates, since I need something funny to brighten up my day.

Chicken is so, so, so, so, so-so-so-so-so-so-so-so CUTE! Is there anything more fun than dressing little boys in girly colors?

Oh, and it's so difficult to have multiple birthdays with toddlers! I wish you luck with double toddler-training . . . which I hate . . .

Great update!

Thea has some very colorful hair! Did that come from Theo? Kind of funny that it's her sister who's favourite color is orange, yet Thea's the one with the fiery head.  :P

Probably. I don't know Theo's hair before he became Elder. You're right about the hair, I keep mistaking them for each other. Now I need to constantly remind myself : look at their clothes, not the hair!

Oh man, those two girls will make a hard choice for poor Chicken.  As for you, Watcher, you've got to choose between hair and eyes!  I prefer Sweetpea personally :)

Sweetpea's eyes are just irresistible, but we'll just have to wait until they became children.

I know, toddlers are just the cutest. And thanks for the kind words!

Hmm, maybe dressing teen boys in girly colors is more fun?
While its true that toddler-training is a pain, but here in Soup residence we have many young adults bored out of their wits.  ;D Finn especially likes to take care after his half-sisters.

Updates will come tomorrow, its almost midnight here. But here's some toddler cuteness before I leave.

Awww! Toddlers are adorable, always. Unless you gave their parents really, really, horrible faces. I love that you're a glowbug, how long does it take to put it in the pictures, anyway? I've got photoshop, but have low tolerance for it(ugg). I heart Chicken's wardrobe! And I usually despise any shade of pink whatsoever.

@SimAddicted156 : I try not to put myself in the story, the glowbug was the result. At most I'll need one minute for each glowbug, since GIMP has all the brushes I need.

@ombradellarosa : Its rather hard picking pinks for boys though.

I don't have much in this update. Probably because I'm sleepy and I can't think of anything clever and/or punny.

Insert Title Here

Wayne decided to retire from the Culinary career so he can enjoy his elder days in peace. He probably won't make it to level 10 (or so I thought...).

Potato gave Chicken a birthday present, which is an easel. Yay for chicken arts.

Then he poses for the sculpture.

Chicken : I'm hungry!
Finn : Riight, wait. Five more minutes.
Chicken : That's what you said ten minutes earlier!

After that, he received a lesson from Theresa about the Immortal requirement.

Theresa : So you'll need BlackOps, six Best Friends, supermax a skill, max a career... are you listening?
Chicken : Hungry...

Meanwhile, both Potato and Wayne is having fun with Doris' toddler twin.

They're reading the same book Chicken was given earlier. More painter in the house!

Glowbug : What did the chair did to you?
Theresa : Not the chair. I thought the dining room and living room are separated.
Glowbug : I tore down the wall earlier because of the birthday party.
Theresa : And you're not putting the walls back?
Glowbug : Well, I'm about to tore the whole house down.
Theresa : What!
Glowbug : ...after those two girls grow up. This house is too small... ooh, what's that sound?

*Masterpiece sculpture music plays*

Finn : First masterpiece. Finally!
Glowbug : Grats. Ready to go outside?
Finn : What for? I think I'll --
Glowbug : Jimmy Sprocket collection beneath your bed.
Finn : I hate you.
Glowbug : Easy there. There's a hopscotch for you to play.
Finn : Really? Hell yeah!

After all the hard works, everyone in the Soup household deserves a break. All eight cramped in Wayne's old car, they went to Oasis Shoreline, which also happens to be Potato's property requirements. While at it, I'll make a small tour of the brand new Oasis Shoreline.

Not drastically altered from the original, but now we have more outdoor recreations. There's a wardrobe near the beach just in case someone feels like swimming.

For outdoor activities we have a hopscotch to play with your family or friends, an easel, and a stereo just in case you feel like dancing.

We have a place to relax and enjoy the sun, hopefully you'll be getting a tan. Right, Potato?

In case you're hungry, we have two outdoor grills for you to use. If you're not much of a cooker, you can make snow cones instead.

The toilets. A tan booth is nearby if you don't want to spend hours to get your tan.

And for the kids corner. A sandbox, cribs, and we also have spring riders.

Well, enough of the tour. Now enjoy some more toddler shots.

Its a refreshing day for the Soup household, but holidays eventually comes to an end. Time to go home!

And I end this update with even more toddler shots. These are Chicken's toddler moments I just found.

Oasis Shoreline looks really nice! Good job! This is going to sound weird, but I especially like the toilets. The colour co-ordination is very nice.

I see I've missed quite a few bowls of soup updates. I enjoyed catching up. You know, there's still time for Chicken to get that coward trait if he wants it, which is certainly a lot of fun.

Both twins are adorable. While I do love the red hair, Sweetpea's eyes and especially name make her a strong spouse contender, in my opinion. Chicken and Sweatpea soup! I liked Chicken's child conversation with the Glowbug; he's quite perceptive!

When you mentioned the bit about how funny it is to have a child named Chicken (ie: Put Chicken to Bed, Feed Chicken on Floor) I nearly spit my drink all over the screen. Haha! (What's next: Wish to have first kiss with Chicken?) It reminds me of the Mann Dynasty, where all the sims had the last name Mann, which made for great puns.

I kinda like those toilets myself. Its not weird. ;D
Chicken and Sweetpea sounds catchy alright. Now to hope she'll grow into a gorgeous lady. And I decided to give Chicken the Coward trait later on.

Even More Birthdays? Really?

Yet another birthday! Theresa must've had enough laughter by now.

Magical sparkles, and now to the elderhood!

Doris : My back!
Glowbug : Happy elder day. You want a cane?
Doris : No thanks. I need a change of clothes.

Having retired from his career and all toddler skills learned, Wayne decided to make a mark on the Soup residence by upgrading objects.

Meanwhile Doris reached level 10 Writing skills and fulfilled her LTW, Illustrious Author. Congratulations! Off to the easel again.

Here's Chicken Soup in his girly room, using the easel his mother gave him. I'm still undecided about his career. Its either painting or sculpting.

Well, and here's the cute toddlers, reading kiddie books together. In their sleepwear, just the way Potato likes it.

After both Thea and Sweetpea mastered the toddler skills, Finn had nothing better to do. He called his girlfriend over.

I have no idea why she's in her swimwear. That aside, both quickly went on Finn's car to the Summer Festival for a date.

...and ended up joining the eating contest. How romantic. Not.

Potato's been busy. Not because of her garden, though. She's studying the art of Soup Cooking. I decided that every immortal should cook their own Ambrosia for their first time.

Though she also spares her time to visit the Landgraab Clones household for her Best Friend requirement. Geniuses are easy to befriend, just spam "Compliment Cleverness" over and over (yay charismatic trait!).

Wayne is bored. The glowbug bought him a golf set, and he wants to try it.

Wayne : Ooh, I hit it! But where's the ball? On the lake?
Glowbug : Nope. It went to the rose bush over there. You suck. Even my girlfriend can do better.
Wayne : You have a date? Wait, you glowbugs can play golf?
Glowbug : Well, she... wait, I'm not actually -- why do I bother explaining again? Either way, you suck.
Wayne : *attempts to swing again, missed the ball* ... get me something else to do.
Glowbug : How about some more upgrading?

Glowbug : What upgrade did you choose?
Wayne : Something about Inertia Stabilizer... no idea what it is.
Glowbug : Physic. Fascinating stuff. Inertia is some sort of resistance from an object to maintain its current position. You know Newton's Law?
Wayne : Physic bla bla bla. What are you, a nerd?

I hate physic too. But its one of the important subjects I have to learn. *Camera snaps to home* Oo, what's this?

Aaw, drats. Another birthday!

Happy birthday, Sweetpea! Wait...

That's right. You too, Thea! Hmm?

You too, Chicken?
Glowbug : What is it with you guys and triple birthdays?

I didn't take any picture of clothes this time, but I do have these :

This is Thea. In her sleepwear, just the way -- this is getting old.

This is Sweetpea. I kinda forgot those girls' traits, but they both have artistic.

And this is Chicken. Still in a pink apron. He got the Savvy Sculptor trait. Coward will have to wait later. ;D

One of a rare moment around here. Three sims eating together, now that's a record.

Finn : This pancake is rather... uneven. Who cooked this?
Doris : I did.
Finn : Oh --
Doris : Wayne was fiddling with the stove, I don't know what he did.
Glowbug : Well, well. Mind eating faster? I need you guys to go to the backyard.
Finn : You mean the sideyard since its not located in the back --
Thea : Wait, did that purple sparkly thingy just talked?
Doris : *coughs* Purple sparkly thingy?
Glowbug : ... either way, be quick. *leaves*
Finn : What's his problem?
Doris : You mean 'it'. We don't know if that thing is a he.
Thea : Mommy, what is that sparkly thing?
Doris : To be honest, I don't even know.

Moments later...

Potato : *arrives home* What did you do to my house, you crazy glowbug?!
Glowbug : Hush, off to the backyard. Or sideyard. I have some renovating to do.

New Soup Residence and Stove

Another tour to the newly upgraded house of the Soup family. And Lucas.

View from the front door. I was about to color the room with white, yellow, and red (guess why), but I gave up.

Another view of the living room, showing the dining room.

Same old kitchen, just a bit wider and with more modern stove & refrigerator. And the microwave.

Nursery room. Even though we have no soupboos at the moment.

Potato's and Wayne's bedroom. With a master bathroom nearby that Potato will certainly never use because it has no shower, only bathub.

This is where Doris, Theresa, and Finn sleeps.

Chicken's bedroom.
Chicken : Its so simple...
Glowbug : At least it wasn't girly.

The twins' bedroom.  Its rather small, but they have a small bathroom colored just like their room just nearby.

Last, the oversized studio. Too many artist in the house. Gym's closed until the two twins grows up into a teen.

Chicken : What is this pad... thing?
Glowbug : Its the multi tab.
Chicken : Oh, the skilling machine thing I've heard. Why now and not earlier?
Glowbug : I just fixed the ccmerge thing... Wait. I didn't tell you guys to enter the house.
Chicken : Dad and aunt Doris told us we can go in, so we did.
Glowbug : *glowers* Out. Now.
Chicken : Tell that to them.

Doris : Oow!
Glowbug : Bullseye. Why did you go in? I didn't say I was finished.
Doris : From what I see, it seems that you're done.
Glowbug : Well, most of it. But I think I forgot something... *camera snaps to the kitchen*

Glowbug : *reads the announcement* Aah, that's it. I forgot the alarms. Both fire and burglar alarms.

A fire to celebrate the new home? Really?

You know, if there's a fire in my house, I'll either grab a fire extinguisher, or run. Probably the latter. But noo, here in The Sims 3 we dance around the fire in panic.

Theresa : *about to grab leftovers* What's wrong guys? *notices the fire* Oh no! Its a fire!

After calling the fire department, grandma Doris pulled out a fire extinguisher. The fireman joins soon after he arrived.

Luckily I didn't put the food replicator immediately. Else it'll get burned down like the brand new counter beside the burnt stove.

The fire turned out to be a hot topic for dinner. I wished Chicken had the Coward trait when the fire broke out.

Glowbug : Every single time I turned my back for five minutes I'll find you with a toy. Grow up.
Finn : Leave me alone, I have nothing better to do anyways.
Glowbug : How about doing Chicken's sculpture?
Finn : Oh yeah, I forgot!

And I end this update with Potato landing on her squishy butt.

Glowbug : That was on low speed, noob.
Potato : Shut. Up.

House tours are always fun. Chicken's room is ... well, about as masculine as you can get with that color palate, I suppose! This is why I ignore my sims favorite colors and dress them however I want. You've mentioned getting masterpiece museum items, plus you have such a large art studio, so: are you going for a high museum score like Rica did? All masterpiece pieces and such?

Wow, that was a lot of birthdays. Chicken is rather adorable as a teen...and wow, are Sweetpea's eyes dramatic. The house remodel is quite lovely. That must have taken some time to accomplish.

I know you plan to give Chicken the Coward trait...but I dunno, it would be humorously ironic for him to get the Brave trait. :P

I kind of want him to get the Brave trait too. I mean, his name's Chicken and his favorite colour is pink (a perfectly fine and masculine colour, in my opinion). And if you get a burglar or the house catches fire again, you're all set!
