Can you find Carbon Steel and Tungsten Carbide in Moonlight Falls?

According to Prima Guide you should be able to find both Carbon Steel and Tungsten Carbide in Moonlight Falls but in my game file they doesn't seem to exist. Is it because my game is buggy or is it same for all? I do have all expansion packs installed.

Hey Tara,

I have definitely found Carbon Steel in Moonlight Falls but yet to come across Tungsten Carbide. Apologies but I didn't screenshot where I found it and it was awhile back. I have the Collection Helper LTR so I sent one of my sims on a massive rock hunt and that's when I found it.

I hope this at least gives you some hope that you'll find it.
