humans aren't a supernatural creature because they are just normal.
But human Sims are a life state, even The Sims wiki lists them as a life state along with fairies, vampires, genies and all the others. The thread is about our favorite life states, not supernaturals. Mine is witches, but I love all of them.
We are of peace, always but this is war.
We are of peace, always.
We'll help build a resistance. We have to fight.

When all you've ever loved has been stolen from you, sometimes all you have left is revenge.
For the truly wronged, satisfaction can be found in one of two places,  absolute forgiveness or mortal vindication. This is not a story about forgiveness. When deception cuts this deep, someone has to pay.

sorry,Pam.

It's just that people keep saying it as if I'm saying the 'human state' is not a life state.
While what I mean is just human don't have supernatural powers.

and people keep on repeating saying "but human is a life state too"
for goodsake I just said they are normal. I didn't said it's not a life state.

My favorite life state is human, I just don't care for the supernatural stuff.

I have yet to play all the possible life states.  I generally like "human" sims best, but I have enjoyed playing around with a fairy, witch, and werewolf.  But if I had to pick a favorite, probably the human life state.  I mostly like my games to be a little more realistic.

I like humans too. They looks more realistic and no weird colouring of the skin.

It's just that when you have a very big family, namely 7 or 8 member, the mess they made are quite a lot and having a lazy maid really didn't help. those genies could clean the rooms in one flick and they could banish unwanted sim ex:zombie, paparazi.

Witch take longer time to level up especially if you play multi sim and not controlling the witch to use their power.

Fairy is... well, a fabulous gardener. After they get the bloom of course. Imagine how many time you could re-bloom and re-harvest money tree? LOL
is this count as cheating?

Since you can't have fairies in an immortal dynasty or a decadynasty, it's a non-issue. ;)

Ah, I think I'm the only one who loves my vampires. I usually end up playing one when it's just a casual game. I love the challenge of keeping them from burning.

hehe I just remembered they aren't allowed in the DecaDynasty and ImmortalDynasty.

When late night came out and I played it, sometimes I do check the other household (vampire ones) and saw they had moodlet of burning/ too much sun  ;D

Please don't abbreviate the Townie DecaDynasty or the Immortal Dynasty (not a legacy - legacy is something else).  Forum preference.  Not against you Sherry - just so everyone knows.

I actually forgot what playing a vampire was like until I started a game recently for a specific purpose.  The problem is they are so good at everything (especially as children) that they grow boring to me.   I'm slated to get one soon in both of my Life States Dynasties so maybe that will help me explore it some more.

Right now I'm in love with Fairy and werewolf toddlers but witch teenagers.  Weird combo I know but only those life stages.  I more often play witches or normal life states because of the dynasty challenges.

You know - I've never actually had a Genie before.  I just realized.  The only time I made one real and actually had it in a household the game crashed and I lost her.

The vampires eventually bored me too. I played one and she skilled up so fast, I had her max five skills in just two or three days!

Humans and Witches are my favorites. Though I love the way Fairies look, the wings and all, I like to keep my families simple :) Werewolves are neat, though. I had a werewolf family briefly (just to mess with and see the new interactions) and it was pretty funny to watch them! Witches are fun because of all the charms and spells they can cast. And throwing potions at other Sims is fun, even if a bit mean sometimes, too ;)  (can we say BEEEEEEEEEES! hahahah)

Werewolves are my favorite. You get a dog’s high hunting ability packaged with an otherwise-normal Sim! They can also get away with eating raw meat when transformed. But if I had to recommend something, don’t turn your celebrity into a werewolf, or vice-versa. Something tells me they would become publicly disgraced… a lot.

Simbots are also cool, with them being immune to fire and actually getting a positive moodlet when zapped. It’s even possible to change their colors if you can tolerate a little cheating.

“You ought to upgrade to Windows 7!”, they said. “It’ll help your games run so much better!”, they said. If I see them again, then they had better know how to stabilize an on-the-fritz copy of The Sims 3 that was working just fine on Windows XP.

I love every life state (apart from witches but I'm yet to try them out... even though I've had over three months to do so!) but I do have a special place in my heart for werewolves. I just think they are amazing  ;D
