Sunlit Tides Residents and Information

• 45 Residential Lots - 41 Community Lots - 14 Empty Lots (both commercial & residential)
• 24 Households already populating the world
• No Preplacement of lots from expansions or stuff packs, not even the retreat that can be bought with the world
• Most "residents" of Sunlit Tides are not employed as they are said to be on the atoll for vacation.   
• Everyone in town has the same biography message.  "What a wonderful island! I love the deep blue sea and the lush green of the jungle."

At the bottom you will find lists of both the homeless townies as well as the NPCs since some of them actually have maxed skills and this could be useful information for dynasty and project players.

NPC Household

These are all the people the game generates when you first start to fulfill NPC jobs like mail carrier, newspaper deliverer, maid, etc.  Several NPCS are known to residents when the game begins.  Papaya Cruz seems to be a very popular mailman.  All NPCs invited into your home will have a random LTW chosen.  Also for some reason Sunlit Tides only has 1 science geek.

Every piece of information was gotten in game.    I basically would start a game, choose a house, get all their stats, quit to main menu and start again.   There were a few houses where everyone was unemployed so I used the cheat "Make me know everyone" and made them instant best friends with the homeless and NPCs so I could invite them over and get their stats.  The whole reason I went that extra step was because I read somewhere that there were a few with maxed skills.   Not always useful maxed skills but maxed skills nonetheless!

The reason I kept starting and stopping is because sims who are unemployed will suddenly have skills and jobs that they wouldn't normally because you were already in a particular house that needed them to be in that job.

It was Daniel & Mary Sue with their twin daughters I think

A Science geek is a NPC that comes into play when you move into a new premade house and get one of the starting challenges.  I think science geeks come out for the infestation one.
