Future Sim Improvement Ideas

I would love to see new recipes! Bacon and Eggs anyone?? Who takes the time to make pancakes or waffles every day in real life? Not me! An option to "take-out" food from the restaurants would be nice too.

I would personally love it if we could have the option of baking our own birthday cakes. See you have this great chef in the house and yet still use store bought ones when he/she should be able to wipe up a great cake.

I agree with the idea Margerita. I would really like it if Sims could interact when they go out to eat. I think the culinary career needs to turn into a profession, and should also be a part time job for teens. I think customer interaction would be really neat too. They can get fired on the spot.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I did not read through all the posts.  This is somewhat Sims, but in Create a Pattern ~
I would love to be able to have Sims of different ages in CAP - male and female from babies to elders - to make clothing.  I really hate to have to import patterns into my game, then start up the game to see how they look on Sims to then have to go back into CAP, alter the patterns and then do this process all over again. Much to time consuming.

I agree with all of you whi mentioned food. I would love the idea of baking a birthday cake. But it woundn't be the same birthday cake, maybe different models? Oh and wedding cakes!

I want more curly hairstyles. My hair is pretty curly in real life, even though I straighten it about 50% of the time, but I'd like some curly options for the swimming pool and everyday as I do flippy straight with big volume on special occasions.

Something that came up in conversation earlier today that I thought would be cool.  Golf.  It would be cool if sims could take up golf either as a lesure activity when retired, or as a profession as a young adult.  Would totaly make the next Tiger Woods...or um..some other famous golfer that did not get busted for cheating on his wife with...lots of women.

That's a really cool idea. I would also love to see more recreational sports and hobbies in Sims 3. I miss being able to have dancing and entertainment as a career.

Recolourable baby blankets! It's annoying when boys are in blue, and girls are in pink. Sexist much?

Oh, thinking of singer, if not a career, it would be cool to have Sims be able to sing karaoke.

Sims did have the ability to sing Karaoke years later when Morty was an old man and his wife Bella (Bachelor) was abducted by aliens (in Sims 2),  they also forgot that you can simply climb out of the pool without the use of a ladder.

CandyHeartSim: I agree with you about the recolorable baby blankets. The same colors are BORING! I'd like to give my baby girl a Hello Kitty or a leopard printed blanket, and my boy a Spongebob blanket.

Also I want the toddlers to crawl out of the crib like old times. Also, I'd like to see nannies make a comeback. Maybe hire a nanny that will stay with you just like the butlers.

I would really like to see this, as well.  Or at least be able to schedule the babysitter so that he/she comes every work day.  I am pretty sure you could do this in the Sims 2.

I would also prefer the nanny to come every work day, but I appreciate the pop-up when I am leaving that asks if I need a babysitter or if I would like to stay home.

I'd like older babysitters too. Or Babysitting for a teen and elder profession.
